PhishLabs reported a redirect link from a URL shortening service as phishing content, completely failing to identify the actual host. This demonstrates a lack of basic investigation and understanding of how redirects work. To make matters worse, their report lacked essential contact details, making it unnecessarily difficult to address the issue promptly.

This careless and unprofessional approach causes unnecessary disruptions for innocent service providers and damages trust. Accurate investigation, proper attribution, and clear communication are fundamental to responsible reporting—qualities PhishLabs has unfortunately failed to demonstrate.

This is an incompetent company that sends false complains to web hosts and other ISPs in order to take down websites. They have no idea what they are doing.

I run a search engine like Google, because my site contained a pages like /domain/example-domain they sent notifications to my host saying my site is a phishing attack on example-domain just because they found that domain name mentioned on my website. Fully incompetent and irresponsable.
