The balls do not charge,wast of money.
Prodused in China but pretend be some where else. I am sick of bying Electronic toys and other Electronic devices prodused in China.

Placed my order on 20th July. Money came out of my account same day but I didn't get a confirmation email to confirm my order. I send them a message via the website today and via facebook message and have not had any response at all.

It is a Chinese shop pretending to be European, you only discover the truth after paying and receiving a tracking number. They should be honest and publish that it's Chinese and that it is going to be delivered from China!!!! I feel cheated, I wouldnt have order if I knew the truth.
I payed 21 days ago and I haven't received the product. 😡

Another Chinese webshop faking it, pretending to be German online shop. Crap quality at high price. Long delivery times too. Hate it when they try to take you for a ride.

We are not a Chinese online shop but a German online shop with a new headquarters in Switzerland.
Every single one of our products goes through a quality check and only then is it delivered to our customers. Some of our electronic products are made in China but checked for quality just like all other products.

I ordered a pool in may, after 1 month, I had still not received it. I wrote to Petgut then they would send the pool again. In the middel of juli I still had not received the pool or any message about the pool could be pickup at the postoffice. I wrote again to Petgut and now they informed it was waiting at the postoffice-shop and it was.
So dont shop there unless you do not mind waiting a long time if you do shop, dont give up and write to Petgut untill you receive your goods.
23.01.2022: after 6 months! Petgut send below reply. If they need 20 people to check, they really have a lot of complains.
But in the end, I received my pool and the dog loved it.

We're sorry you experienced such a delay, but we're sending a tracking link to all our customers so they know where their shipment is. Unfortunately, we can't regularly check the shipment for all our customers, then we would have to hire at least 20 other people who only do that a day.
