We had a fantastic trip to Peru for a multi-generational group of family and friends (10 of us). I worked with Rossy Leon at Peru for Less, to design a personalized trip for our group, and she was great - very professional, friendly, replied promptly to my questions during the planning period and helped to plan out all the lodging and transportation for our trip. She provided excellent guides who were very knowledgable and fun. I think everyone on the trip learned a lot about this dynamic country: the culture, landscapes, history, food and the people. And we were so surprised and excited to meet Rossy in person at the hotel we stayed at the night before going to Machu Pichu, as she was staying there as well to take a trek. I would highly recommend you talk with Peru for Less and work with Rossy.

The trip was great and everything was perfectly choreographed. All the hotels, transfers, and tour guides were great. Working with Peru For Less on setting this trip up was easy and everything I wanted to see/do I did.

I was looking for a travel company online and found Peruforless with almost 5 star rating. When I called , I got Urpi as our travel agent in US. She helped us plan the trip tailored to our need and preferences at a very reasonable price. She was very clear, honest and helpful. We had not a single glitch during our trip to Peru for 8 days and got everything the way it was promised. I will definitely use peruforless for future south America travel.

What made our trip to Peru truly exceptional were the incredible places we visited and the outstanding tour guides. They were knowledeable, engaging, and made the experience seamless with well-organized pick-up and drop-off schedules.

Arianna did a great job planning our trip to Argentina. We were a family group of 7, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. It was especially important that we got the trip ‘right’. Arianna was incredibly patient with us as we sorted through hotels and made special requests and even took a phone call from us to discuss details. We had across the board great guides, lots of individualized attention and we loved all of the sights. We took a fair amounts of domestic flights and we everything went smoothly. We also had long days in the van/bus when we got to Salta but the time flew as the scenery is so spectacular. A special shout out to Juan and Romero who were our Salta guide and driver. Simply the best!!

Peru For Less worked with us to customize our Machu Picchu itinerary. Customer service made helpful suggestions and was very patient answering our numerous questions. We were nervous to travel to Peru, but all of the representatives we encountered were on time, friendly, and helpful. Our guides were knowledgeable. Accommodations were excellent and in good locations.

Peru for Less put together a custom itinerary for me and did an excellent job of handling all the details and making sure everything ran smoothly. I was very impressed and had an excellent trip. I would use them again for sure.

From touch down to lift off, our entire trip was smooth. Our transportation, tour guides, hotels were exceptional. We didn’t have to do anything except to show up.

Our Peru for Less guides were highly experienced, knowledgeable, patient and spoke excellent English. The drivers and greeters were punctual and provided details of all aspects of upcoming tour events. Vehicles used for all transportation were clean and comfortable. Peru for Less personnel responded promptly when texted for information. Tickets were provided for all attractions enabling us to bypass long ticket lines. Peru for Less followed our detailed itinerary exactly enabling a wonderful and stress free experience.

My wife and I wanted to visit Peru but we're not keen on planning out the itinerary for this trip, so I did my research and Peru for Less is the company I chose. It's hard to get decent service from any company these days. From my first call to travel advisor Rylee McGowan, several back & forth emails to let her know what we wanted to do until the time we got back home> Everything went like clock work. This 20 day vacation is one of the best we have ever taken and we thank you Rylee & Peru for Less for the world class service you provided for us.
I will be calling them back when we are ready to visit the Galapagos islands.

We had a great time travelling around the wonderful country that Peru is. We are happy to recommend Peru for Less and you to our friends and family. We would rate you a 9 based on our experience.

In the 12 days we spent on this holiday, we took 10 flights and slept in 8 different beds- so quite different to the many holidays we have had.

At every airport, one of your representatives was always there to welcome us, making the experience stress-free. They were generally informative and friendly. Almost every driver involved in our private transfers was helpful.

Hotels

The Pullman in Lima is well located. The staff were helpful, checking us in early on our return trip. The rooms were spacious and the one we were given on the second night fantastic.

Refugio Amazonas was a very unique experience. The staff there couldn't do enough to help us. Unfortunately, Durga was unwell on the second day and they prepared special brews to help her and generally were fantastic. They even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost from the second night onwards. Harrison behind the bar became a friend during our stay. Overall great.

Casa Andina Cusco was a mixed experience. The hotel is beautiful, with quaint courtyards and is well-located. The room for our first nights' stay was good. However, on our return for another 2 nights, the room was tiny with hardly much room for us to move around. The staff here was more impersonal and business-like, unlike the other two Casa Andina properties we stayed in.

Casa Andina Sacred Valley is a beautiful property. Our room was great and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was also good.

Casa Andina Puno was also fantastic. Great views, friendly staff and good restaurant. Breakfasts were crowded with not enough toasters etc., but these were minor niggles.

Guides

Our guides for the Amazon leg were fantastic. They spoke very good English and went out of the way to show us the unique flora and fauna and helped all of us to get fantastic photos. The early morning trip to see the Macaws was a particular highlight. I was also very impressed by the skills of the boat pilots who navigated the challenging waters with very little gadgets-just their intimate knowledge of the Tambopata river!

Ruben, who guided us through the Sacred Valley trip was very good too, with great local knowledge and shopping tips.

Adriel, our Machu Picchu guide was fantastic. He guided us through the trail with great skill and knowledge. Top marks to him.

Our guide for the long trip from Cusco to Puno was OK, though not outstanding. The trip could be at least an hour shorter as we spent a lot of time at a coffee stop!

Percy, our guide for the Lake Titicaca trip was also fantastic. He is steeped in local history and fluent in at least 3 languages. He looked after us very well.

The buffet lunches during our Sacred Valley tour and Puno trip were decidedly mediocre. The former was poor value for money too.

So, overall, our trip was an unforgettable experience- thank you for making it very memorable

We had a fantastic trip with Peruforless, even with the snafu with the bus/train protests at Aguas Calientes. We really appreciated that Peruforless was able to work with the railroad in order to get us to Machu Picchu on the day we were supposed to have a Cusco city tour. Peruforless really went above and beyond and we are so grateful we were able to go to this world-significant site.

Additionally, we had an incredible trip even without Machu Picchu. The guides that the company hires are truly awesome and clearly love their job. The ones that really stood out for us are: 
-Antonio who led us from Arequipa to Chivay to Colca Canyon to Puno - he is so knowledgeable and personable. One of the best guides I've ever met and clearly loves his work and people. 
-Percy who took us on a boat tour of Lake Titicaca, the floating islands, and Tiquile Island. He clearly has a close, positive relationship with the local people, which showed throughout the tour.
-Karina who gave us a tour of Southern Valley - she is an encyclopedia of archeological information and taught us so much. And she's a super nice person.
Ivan who gave us a last-minute arranged tour of Moray and the Salt Mines - great in-depth information and enthusiasm. Would never know that this was a last-minute situation for him.
-Rodrigo who took us to Machu Picchu - super knowledgeable about the site and Incan/pre-Incan history and we would have had no idea what to do at Aguas Caliente if he wasn't there. He was able to get us two circuits in our single day up at Machu Picchu since we were originally scheduled for two days. 

Seeing all of the different sites really made us understand the extended area of the Incan empire beyond Machu Picchu. It was incredible.

We were impressed with Peruforless's logistics, flexibility, and response. Having guides and transportation set up at each place went flawlessly. While we had a slight snafu where our flight to Arequipa was mislabeled on our itinerary, a quick call was able to get us information for the correct flight easily.

So, huge thanks to Peruforless for providing an amazing, memorable trip. We really loved Peru - the archeological sites, the people, the wildlife, and the landscapes. Peruforless even suggested a certain order of locations for us so we had plenty of time to get used to the altitude before Machu Picchu (altitude sickness is no joke!).

We hope to go to the Galapagos Island in the future and would certainly use Latinamericaforless (Peruforless's parent company) to book our trip.

It was really an unforgettable trip to Peru and the Galapagos islands and at a reasonable cost. Except for one missed rendezvous in Machu Picchu everything else was well coordinated. We ended up talking to another company's person and they nicely pointed us to the right place. We did not miss anything. The best way to visit the Galapagos is undoubtedly by ship and we were spoiled aboard the Legend with only about 30 people instead of 100 (low season).

Great guides throughout trip. Amazon river cruise was very educational . Wildlife was fascinating.

We did the South America World Wonders Tour Sept. 3-13. We flew to Rio, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Lima, and Cusco. I normally plan trips myself, but I don't think I could have ever planned this one. There was so many moving parts. We had multiple flights within the week and a half (a little exhausting, but worth it to see so much in such a short time). There was always someone to pick us up at the airport. (The one time in Lima when no one was waiting, I called the emergency number, they checked, and said our driver and guide was stuck in traffic, and would be there in 15 minutes, and they were.) All of the tour guides throughout the different countries were great. The hotels were great. Maribell was our travel advisor who put this all together. Every time I would email a question, she would have an answer very quickly. Some of the other wonderful tour guides we encountered were Luisa in Rio, Marcos at Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Veronica at Iguazu Falls in Argentina, Jose in Buenos Aires, Rueben in the Sacred Valley, and Victor at Machu Picchu. If you are wondering if a company can really have this many 5 star reviews, they can! They work with the best! Don't be nervous, book the trip!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our tour company. Our initial correspondence with our coordinator was detailed, responsive, and not rushed. Our tours were filled with informative and funny guides who were easy to understand. Our transfers were always timely and our accommodations were just perfect. Can’t recommend Peru For Less enough. They coordinated a fantastic trip for us!

We just returned from a two week trip to Peru. We used Peruforless to help arrange all aspects of our journey and they did a great job. Urpi Herrera was the representative from Peruforless to helped us create a wonderful trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday.
Every aspect of the trip was well thought out and ran seamlessly. The drivers were professional, friendly and on time. All of the agents who greeted us at the various locations were kknowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The accomodations were very nice, especially the Casa del Sol Boutique hotel in Aguas Calientes (Base area fro Machu Picchu).
We had several personal tours along the way and all of the guides were really friendly and helped us enjoy the sites even more.
We went to Lima, Cuzco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Arequipa and Lake Titicaca. All are worth a visit.
