We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with part of your recent order, this is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver.
As outlined on our website, our standard grade includes used golf balls that may have visible scuff marks, pen markings, or color variations. However, they are all guaranteed to be in playable condition and are priced accordingly. To help clarify this, we sent you reference images that show typical examples of this grade.
After reviewing the photos you sent us, we can confirm that the balls are consistent with our advertised quality, with the exception of one ball that had a hole, which is clearly not acceptable. We sincerely apologized for this oversight and have raised it with our sorting team to improve our quality control moving forward.
We also reached out via email with a goodwill offer of €10 store credit, or the option of a return if you preferred a refund instead. As we haven't received a response, we're still happy to assist- just let us know how you'd like to proceed.

I was very dissatisfied this time. Although there was a way to providing a delivery address, I discovered you never intended to ship the package to my delivery address at all, but instead sent it directly to a pick-up point. I don't think I will use this poor service again and will order from a different retailer in the future. Sincerely

We want to clarify that your parcel was initially sent to the delivery address you provided. However, UPS attempted delivery but could not complete it because no one was available to receive the package. In such cases, UPS redirects the shipment to a nearby pick-up point to ensure the parcel can still be collected securely and conveniently.
