It was good to have the vignettes electronic, in my email on my phone.
What was not so good? I didn’t receive all my Vignettes in time so I needed to mail and ask for them. This stressed me out. When I got the answer that I could look for my car’s registration number on a site and see that the Vignette was activated it made me feel easier. For the next time I know that I can find information using my registration number without contacting you. Maybe it is good that you inform about the possibility to find information about actived Vignettes by visiting a home site, so people don’t need to worry if they haven’t received the Vignettes in their email. Because you say that if you haven’t received information about actived Vignette you are not allowed to continue to drive through the specific country. But nothing about finding information elsewhere

They charge very expensive.

They charge very expensive.
The viniete cost is about 3€ the rest are fee and VAT, in total I paid 11£ rip offs.
I did trust the web site thinking it is a ground price and did pay for 2 cars 11£ each. When I did received the invoice I was shocked . I wanted to make it easy online, but it cost me in 4 times more than normal price.
