Very professional and quick rectification of some common errors on my Tesla. The whole process from contacting them, getting an offer and fixing the issues was rapid, clear and convenient. The pricing was also great.
The place where they are sitting to tell lie and steal money.
I have made a remote control key for a Citroen C3 2010 model for 1495 kr on 2nd August. I didn’t check if the key itself open the door or not. I just checked the remote is working.
After around two weeks, on 12 August, i was trying to open the Diesel door to refuel gas, and the key was not working. So next morning I called them, they told me to visit their shop. So on 13th August, I visited their shop, they spent 1/1.5 hour and said that it is not working. They have to order some parts to fix it. I clearly asked the guy, Anders, who is gonna pay for it. And he clearly replied me “It is on me. You don’t have to pay anything” (Such a liar). So they told me to visit again on 19 August, today.
I went today morning at 7:30 and gave the car, the old key (which was working perfectly and i showed them that it’s working) and the new remote control key( which they made and was faulty). Anders told me to keep the car with them. They will fix and call me.
At 13:05, he called me and said i need to change the whole lock system and i have to pay 2439 kr for it. And it is a discounted price for me. I asked them, I am not interested to fix it. I will just take the car as it is. And then Anders told me that none of the key is working now. I was like WTH !!!
I asked, how does it make sense. In the morning it was working, now it’s not. Who broke it?!!! He replied, it’s an old car, so it’s broken. And they are not gonna take any responsibility. If I want my car, I have to pay. They put me in a trap, where i was really helpless and didn’t know what to do. I was just wanted my car back. So i paid them and took my car. Of course they fix the issue. But not with honesty, with scamming!!!

Hi all,
first of all sorry for my english but my danish it is not good enough to explain my story.
I have been in contact with Ketner for a damaged battery of my Tesla.
I have been bringing my car there to them for 5 times , 3 times in Aarhus and 2 times in Aalborg.
After all this going back and forward, they charged me a large amount of money and at the end they manage to not fix my car.
So I basically had no car for 6 months plus I payed a lot of money.
Please avoid this car service as it is absolutely useless.

Vi vil gerne udbedre fejlen, men dette har du ikke ønsket, selv om vi har tilbudt at hente din bil og stille en ny Tesla lånebil til rådighed i perioden.

Very pleased with the service I received recently from Bosch on Hjulmagervej in Aalborg. Particularly from Lars. Even though they were short staffed due to the July holidays they managed to find time to track down and fix the electrical problem on my BMW. Would definitely use them again although of course I hope I never have to !
