Everything was completed and handled with perfect timing. Thank you all.
Selina & Sonia were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. As first time buyers we were going into this with little knowledge, but they answered any questions we had and made sure we felt at ease and that the process was as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend to use as conveyancing solicitors!
Firstly the name says it all. It should be more like "My Law doesn't give a damn"
I came across these clowns, because they were employed by our seller. The seller as been in floods of tears for the last few weeks and she has not stopped apologising for employing these people. We agreed the purchase of the property at the end of March. The agent and solicitor working with us said there were no problems and the process would take 3/4 months. Then My Law joined the fray. They did not reply to emails. When the seller or solicitor telephoned they either didn't answer the phone or the necessary person was unavailable. Also our solicitor complained on numerous occasions that the documentation they received from My Law was never checked properly. They also on one occasion refused to pass on to their customer (our seller) a suggestion made by our solicitor to speed things up. Finally everything was so excruciatingly slow whenever they were involved. Basically they delayed our move by approximately 2 months. We survived My Law Matters, I would suggest you do not get involved with them in the first place to avoid the stress.
I'm currently selling a property and the purchaser has used these cowboys for conveyancing. We renovate and sell properties so we have dealt with various solicitors. These are by far the worst. Do yourself a favour and pay a little extra for local solicitors. Our property has no chain and a ftb, and it's been 4 months, with no end date in sight. So unprofessional. No communication. I'll be taking this further, and been advised to complain to the SRA, which I'm going to do, and advise anyone else whose had a similar experience.
So far the portal is so easy to use for uploading documents, any questions/ queries have been managed in a timely response.
Savan Sarkawt was very helpful and I am over the moon with the service thank you ever so much for everything, and thanks to Noreen too.
We have been very pleased with service so far, they have been prompt, efficient and keeping us informed along the way. I particularly like the portal which you can get updates on progress a d timeliness. I would definitely recommend.

Dealt with us professionally with lots of communication
Food service with prompt responses,, very good and reasonable prices
Great, simple and straight forward experience with very responsive emails. Fast and reliable service so far.
Very helpful, straightforward and on my case everything was done very quick within the dates i wanted.
Nightmare company to deal with. Total lack of communication. They have delayed a simple no chain process unnecessarily by several weeks by sitting on paperwork, not being honest about when they've received it and then still doing nothing with it 6 weeks later, despite promising to. Still won't give a completion date despite being asked several times. This has dragged on for 11 weeks and there's absolutely no end in sight. The vendors are getting fed up and there's a real risk of the sale falling through due to their total incompetence. Do not use!
