Turned out to be a delivery from China so the order took a good 3 weeks to arrive and really all I can say is the bras are okay but not as good quality or fit as the advertising leads you to believe.... See more

I ordered an XL bc the size chart said an XL-2XL would fit, they came quick but diddnt fit right to begin with.
I was able to get my exchange, but the process was not simple- I had to inquire twice because I heard no answer after I did the size chart google form.
I would buy these again, just make sure you get the size that you know will fit for an easier experience, thank you Emma for all the help with my order :)
Placed an order on 14th August, had notification that it had been delivered to my requested Parcelshop on 26th but the Parcelshop did not have it (even showed me their list of scanned in parcels as proof), I have been emailing back and forth with no solution from Modara except for them telling me to contact the courier (who then tell me to contact the seller as the parcel was "delivered" over 10 days ago). Asked for a refund in one of the emails and that request seems to have been blissfully ignored by Modara.
The customer service has been so unhelpful, I just want my purchase or my money back.
Wouldn't buy from them again.
I ordered 2 at 1st to see what the bras was like cos it the moment I got a frozen shoulder and I was always asking my husband to do my bra up cos I can not get my right arm behind my back but the bras from modaracare have help there so comfy you will not know u got a bra on I'm a 42f so I ordered the xxxl ones so great ladies that I ordered 4 more so it total I will have 6.i am getting all the colour in time cos I love them 100% the only thing I did was the cups inside the bra I bin them cos it was more comfy without them
I'm very disappointed with the 2 bras I ordered. They took about 3 weeks to arrive. Then the fit was odd, the removable pads do not fully fill the cup so they move around. I mistakenly thought they might be '30 day money back guarantee' but oh no, no refunds if you don't like them. Just if they are faulty. So £40 down the drain. Hey ho, you live and learn. I should have read the reviews on here which give the real story. Stick with M&S I think who in reality DO have a bra for everyone!!
I bought two bras from the website, medium and large. Neither of them had tags on them so there is no proof that they are brand new. Neither fit me properly so I sent an email to say I'd like a refund. It took about six emails to eventually get the company to agree on a full refund, as they were trying to convince me to get an exchange (even though no other size would have fit me!). I also realised that the email responses from the company are AI generated, from Reamaze as seen in their email address.
Update: I received a full refund (minus international shipping charges).
What a God awful company to deal with they’re like a cult! Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. They make it literally impossible to return for a refund I’ve been emailing back and forth for weeks now I don’t have time for this level of admin!!!
Offer a 50% refund or eventually can return but costs £10 fee as well as on top of this, I pay return postage!! Never known anything like it. SCAMMERS, AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered 8 days ago and when I try to track the order, the tracking never changes it just says "outbound". No customer service either.
Used the size guide to order, they didn't fit, zero support, not at all as advertised!
When trying to return, was initially offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund, I insisted on a full refund (fully aware I was liable for postage back per website T&C's) to then be told £10 would be deducted to cover shipping costs - this was despite qualifying for free delivery, and not considered an international customer. I was then informed that because my order had to be shipped from an international distribution centre (but not informed of this at time of purchase) they would be deducting the £10 from my refund. I challenged this several times to no avail and I was not refunded the full amount paid - be VERY careful you are confident in what you are ordering!!!
I used the sizing guide but this is completely wrong. I can’t wear the product as it doesn’t fit! Completely unfit for purpose. £40 down the drain! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this company. I would like a refund and have contacted customer service, but don’t hold out much hope of hearing back from them
I would avoid this company at all cost. Items not delivered after 3.5 weeks. They are saying delivered even though the delivery photo clearly shows delivered elsewhere. I have had to sign a denial of receipt with threat of police ! Also had to send photos of the front of my house. They are fully aware this was not delivered to me but still refuse refund even though now I have signed this form they will be compensated by the courier. No customer care at all and just full of excuses and delay tactics. I have already told them I need a replacement by 15th July which they can’t do but still refuse to refund me.
Can’t comment on the items as never received them but after reading other reviews probably just as well. My advice is to avoid this company if you don’t want to waste hours on email that are not answered about items you haven’t received even with proof. They must be making a fortune claiming off couriers and not refunding customers. Now have to go to the bank to try and get my money back !
Update... After i wrote this review i have had a message to say i am now going to be refunded..... Lets hope so.

This bra isn't supportive at all! I don't know whose actual product they're showing, but you won't get this when you order it. You also can't get a refund.
not remotely as supportive as a real bra, and trying to return was a nightmare. kept trying to offer tiny discounts, claiming to have to check with managers to offer more, and demanded loads for return shipping despite having been shipped from UK. crap product, and overall rip-off
I ordered 2 bras based on video ads on FB showing large-busted women loving these bras. I am a 38 I - I ordered the wrong size based on video reviews. Contacted company and was sent larger sizing that fits much better. Very comfortable and enough support to contain the girls. Won’t work for “fancy” outfits but I don’t think intended for that. I will give my smaller ones to my sis to enjoy. Excellent customer service!
Fantastic customer service really go out of their way to help you with any issues. Great products highly recommended
A little disappointed. I'm a 34H cup and wasn't expecting a miraculous level of support. But it's almost as though it's a completely different bra to those in the adverts of real-life, larger-boobed ladies, where they've shown the before and afters. It also has those irritating, slide-around-and-fold-up-in-the-wash triangular padded inserts; which wasn't mentioned in the advert at all. No support whatsoever, and no between-boob definition, so just got flattened out and the dreaded monoboob. The bra is stretchy, nicely made and the colour ( I got pink and sand) quality is good. The fabric feels very nice too. They're probably very comfortable indeed for smaller cup sizes. But the straps are thin and cut in, and the weight of my boobs meant I got neckache just from trying one on. So unfortunately they're no use to me, but my daughter (DD cup) has taken them off me - at least they've not gone completely to waste.
I am a 38K. The advert for these non-wire bras pop up on my social media all the time and I went for this brand because of the size of the women in the adverts. I had Hope. I would love to be able to wear a bra without wires.
The bras took about three weeks to come which was slightly longer than I expected but okay. The materials and stitching are okay quality wise. And okay for the price.
However after wearing the bra for one day I had painfulneck ache and it lasted for two days.
So … they did not support my bust in the same way an underwired quality fitted bra does. If you have a large bust you have to carry the weight in the middle of your back or you will get back ache
So … I’m not unhappy I tried, not unhappy with the company but if you are a cup size bigger than G I don’t think you will get on with this bra. And I’m posting this review here so other ladies with a similar size to me won’t be misled in finding a bra that will not support them then will not fit them properly.
I ordered based on the “money back guarantee” on their website. I ordered as per their size chart, and once received they were too big. I requested a return and they declined. They said they would replace, but I could not return. They then sent a smaller size (two sizes down) and they fit better, but there is no support and now have the dreaded uniboob. What a waste.
Product isn’t great quality - the sizing guide is totally irrelevant and the “returns policy” is…they don’t do returns. Don’t get ripped off!
Dreadful and I wished I looked on Trustpilot before ordering and not just the selective reviews on the site.
The quality is poor - they are basically pull on bra tops with no support or boob separation whatsoever - NONE
They feel like you are wearing nothing because you aren’t wearing anything which offers anything which could be considered support
I have no idea what the removable padding is meant to do - it’s such terrible design it looks like you’ve put a couple of coasters down your top
There is no refund despite their advertising saying you can return - you can swap for another terrible product if you are willing to pay more for shipping and can prove it’s an awful fit
What about generally a dreadful product which is advertised VERY misleadingly??
Chalk this one up to a bad choice !

If I could give zero stars I would! They took about 10 days to arrive which I suppose isn't awful from China. Anyway, tried on and unfortunately too small. I ordered the biggest size which their size chart said would fit me. When I contacted for a return I was offered a 30% refund and to keep the item (useless to me). I said no I just want to return. Then they offered a 50% refund. Again I said no. They offered full refund minus £10 to cover the international shipping when I ordered. I pointed out that the website states a 30 Day money back guarantee if it doesn't fit. I was told that the 30 day guarantee allows customers to swap for a different size. So why on earth is it called a money back guarantee? False advertising. Avoid.
