I bought from this company twice. Same thing happen when I went to the dispensary they said the QR code on the letter didn’t work, they also said they couldn’t call or message the company to verify me, i don’t know how it worked the first time because the second time didnt even work for nothing. Try calling the number yourself it will even say it’s no assign. Not worth the scam

There was some confusion as I was attempting to renew my NV license and they referred my to the wrong physician. After many emails, the problem was professionally resolved.

Their communication is not good. Instead of 10-15 minutes, the rec came next day. Expect them to undeliver regarding time frame

Edit: Finally got this straightened out. Once I was able to contact them, they took care of the issue right away.

They billed my card, but haven’t heard from them except to do this review.

Tried to go back, but it is as if I was never on their site. So, who did I upload my driver’s license to?

Their site also froze when I tried to upgrade to the plastic ID card.

I've had my medical card for 15 years and have seen tons of scams, so naturally I was very skeptical about this place. But I honestly can't recommend them enough, the easiest and cheapest renewal I've ever had.... been to plenty of different dispensaries since, no hiccups whatsoever. Just awesome ✌

I have been charged but yet to receive my online recommendation. It’s been a couple hours since I registered.

I got my digital copy over email. Informed me hard copy would be shipped in 2-4 business days and a month later no reply from the company and no recommendation. Im very disappointed
