As other people have said very bad customer support they say they'll get back to you but never will. I only received a part of a manual and have waited over six weeks for it to be sorted but said after reading other people's comments here I now realise it will never be sorted. Good product, prints quality page copies once I put it in adobe format. Very useful to have it focused on the Yamaha Apex/Atak series of 2006 and newer sleds. I’ve seen the original factory version that covers back to the original RX-1 version and that was rather confusing to use. I recommend this product.

After my initial review of the non specific manual i received, and how it did not address the model for which it was bought, i received another reach out from customer service, who said they would look into it. Again after waiting several days with no response, i am giving up, and provide a warning, do not deal with this group, the manuals are not as described and customer service is a farce. Rip off and i hope others will beware and save their money.

Goods - 1. At over 6000 pages I suspect everything is covered. 2. The wiring diagrams in the back are colored. 3. The wiring troubleshooting is over the top detailed. Others - 1. No table of context. 2. No index that I could find. 3. Search function is weak. I.e. I type "sliding door' and get 1564 results of which several hundred are DTC codes. 4. No way to jump ahead that could find so I had to click 500 times to get to something useful which leads to the next shortcoming. 5. No hyperlinks. I.e. Changing door motor requires removing a panel so there is a Go to Door Panel Removal but it is not linked so you need to open another copy and spell exactly what was referenced but even then there may be several hundred results to wade through until you find what you are looking for. I found all the info I was looking for but it took a LONG time to find it.

It was easy to find and purchase the correct manual, it was available very quickly and is easy to use. Thank you.

Everything was simple and straight forward. An excellent experience

Manual gave great depth of what the parts name were, breaking down every inch of the vehicle & positioning of how to repair/or what to look for in a repair.

I could not open the files I was sent, despite spending many hours and trying 4 different devices to read them. No mention is made on their website of the need for further software in order to read files, but this is what I had to do. Having done that, I still couldn't read the manual. Despite many emails I did not get a refund, instead they expected me to waste even more time trying to open faulty files. They stopped replying when I asked for their business address ( so I could make a claim against them). My advice is to avoid this company like the plague , as they are obviously more concerned with profit than with their reputation. I am very dubious about the positive reviews here, based on my experience.

I have had a terrible experience with there support and customer sevrice with not telling me the requiments for the manual.

Ordered a manual for a 2006 Volvo C70. As others state, they sent a bunch of PDF files, you can't search, my specific car is not even addressed any where in their stupid manual! RIP OFF, Don't bother!

This was my first time buying and it was great. The book is detailed and interactive. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a service manual.

Overall, very happy with the manual I received. It had everything I could have asked for and was clear and mostly easy to read, except in some very finely detailed parts.

The amount of time to receive a download link was a little surprising, and disappointing to be honest, especially as I expected an "instant download". However, this was a minor inconvenience and I will know about it when I purchase from them again.

This manual is exactly what i wanted. Excellent. Very hard to find. Ty.

Lots of pages, like 260, printed them out couldn't really see pictures very well even when enlarged, but written instructions were good

Would have been good if it was page by page rather than being condensed.
