The return process was a nightmare
I bought 2 lamps .În the description it was not mentioned the diameter wich was 41 cm, it was too big, so i decided to return one of them. If you live în Romania, the return process is a nightmare. No one answers the Phone, only mails , long waiting time. I was sent with a very big package to a parcel Shop outside the Town, far away insted of organizing a parcel pick-up by Carrier from my home.
Stealing money
Refusing to give my money back after I canceled an order because they kept pushing the delivery back for months and months. I'll contact the German Customer protection agency and possibly even open a case against them.
Be advised and avoid it by any means

Poor experience and lack of professionalism
I recently placed an order on November 8 with order number LPRO314636. While I was initially promised a 7-day delivery, I have experienced significant delays and poor customer service.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received conflicting and unclear information about the status of my order. Additionally, I was asked to coordinate the delivery with the courier service, which is not my responsibility as a customer.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism. I hope you can take steps to improve your customer service and delivery processes.

they don't have a phone number to call them, the delivery is delayed for who knows how much more time, they don't reply to your emails. to me the site is a scam. DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE DUMP!!!

I ordered a lamp from the site
I ordered a lamp from the site. The shipment was not assembled correctly and the top part of the lamp was missing. I also didn't like the stand they sent me. I filed a complaint on their website to get a refund. I am waiting for a solution to the problem and will write again.
