Affordable, but bad customer service.
Placed 4 orders in +/- 4 month's, they aren't fast.
But they're very affordable for Loungefly and have great exclusives!
My last order included a damaged bag with many stains. The real issue was the poor handling of the situation. I had to email multiple times with pictures before getting a return label. There was no apology, and I had to wait 28 days for a replacement since they wanted to recieve the damaged bag before sending out a replacement.
I've spent over €400 at this webshop in +/- 4 month's, so I expected better customer service. I loved this shop, but I’m disappointed with how they handled this situation.
