Lofty has helped lower the barrier to entry for real estate investing. I have been investing through their platform for the last year now and have nothing but great things to say about the team. I've been investing with Lofty for the past year - since their 2nd property was listed - and am currently getting daily rent income at 9.2%+ Cash-on-Cash. As a "real" Real Estate Investor and landlord with (currently) 8 rental properties, I use Lofty as another way to diversify my investments. They are the first platform to allow ANY person to invest in Real Estate without having to have a large amount of cash/capital - all you need is $50 - but also unique in the ability to have your investments fully liquid, without any "early withdrawal" fees. Their support has been incredible and they are very open and transparent with their business.

The team at Lofty is by far the most professional and responsive group of people I have ever spoken with. They are deeply devoted to this platform and making sure it exceeds the expectations of the investor group. It is by far my safest and most enjoyable investment, exceeding crypto and the stock market. They have taken away all the friction of investing in real estate and made it affordable and accessible to everyone. Will be an investor for life!

Worth subscribing. Couple of the properties in the platform that I saved increased quite a bit over the last 3 months. Max is very quick to respond and reach out to when you have questions and need a clarification.

As I've analyzed deals and try to determine the best market/sub-market/neighborhood to invest in, it is tough to find predictive data that is valuable. What the guys at Lofty have done seems to be an awesome combination of using social context combined with machine learning to give a much more accurate predictive analysis. Based on their historical data of property value increases based on their predictive algorithm, this looks like it could be the competitive advantage that Real Estate Investors need in choosing submarkets and even neighborhoods.
