DO NOT ORDER - FRAUD DELIVERY SERVICE
We purchased a large couch almost 6k euro. We were extremely excited to receive our couch, and loved all of the service to date.
When the couch arrived, we were missing the corner condition sofa. We told the delivery team that we were missing a really important piece to the couch, and they said - no problem, we will make a note in our records. Please contact Livinda and sign here.
We then contacted Livinda and they accused us of signing the delivery form and there is nothing they can do for us.
Now we are working with our lawyers through litigation with Livinda for their unsatisfactory service. It has been three weeks but we have no resolution!
We love their couch, but their service is really awful. Please be weary about this company. They are not being responsible for their actions.
We hope you do not experience what we are experiencing! Also there is no one to call and talk to about this from Livinda!
