Firstly; I received immediate feedback and very quick communication from the Profs team as soon as I created my account. The communication was via email and via whats app which is very helpful.

Zaneta is highly qualified with in depth specialist knowledge and a skilled teacher that is capable of sticking with the outline of the curriculum while also tailoring her approach to suit the student’s individual needs in a very balanced way. I was diagnosed with a learning disability in my third year of university and came to Dr Siân Fôch-Gatrell for support as my university was not sufficiently doing so. I was more than happy with the services she provided and she was quick and consistent in her responses, while also providing background information, timelines, and suggestions for my assignments. She also helped me focus and make my dissertation way more manageable without any academic misconduct and would highly recommend for any of you who may be struggling with managing multiple assignments or are unsure where to start. If I ever feel like I would need help again, which I might as I am about to start my masters, I will be choosing her as my first option again.

We needed to rapidly generate some extra tuition for an unexpected undergraduate examination resit. The Profs capacity to respond at pace to our short notice requirement was very impressive. Less than 24 hours after scoping the requirement with Prof’s hugely helpful and professional Isobel, our son was online for his first session with a tutor, Jason. They have been having daily sessions and it all seems to be going very well so far. Jason is very affable and an excellent teacher with great availability.

The tutors that have helped me with the various topics (math and my application) have been experts in their fields and really help full.

Honestly, I was really impressed with this company for finding me a suitable tutor, Anna, in such a short amount of time. From the start, all of my communications with both the company and Anna were very professional. She was incredibly flexible when it came to scheduling sessions and payments, and always tried her best to accommodate my needs.

Anna’s guidance was especially valuable in strengthening my personal statement. She recommended resources, suggested activities that would highlight my dedication, and provided constructive feedback throughout the writing process. Her support there was paramount, and it was clear she is highly skilled.

She also gave me useful UCAT advice, particularly in sections like Verbal Reasoning and even the now-removed Abstract Reasoning, which she explained very clearly. However, since she had taken the UCAT a while ago, a few pieces of her advice were a little outdated—for example, her preference for MedEntry over Medify. I feel this may have impacted my performance, and ultimately my UCAT score was lower than I’d hoped. Because of that, I decided to pursue a science course with the aim of applying for Graduate Entry Medicine later, and I did receive multiple acceptances for science.

Even after our sessions ended, Anna was kind enough to respond to my messages when I needed advice. Overall, she was an excellent tutor for preparing a strong science application. Unfortunately, because of my UCAT result, I didn’t get the chance to continue with her support for medicine-specific preparation, such as interviews. Still, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for thorough and supportive guidance, especially for personal statements and science applications.
