Efficient, speedy, Service with a smile -albeit electronic.

I found Levity Trampolines online looking for options to buy a new trampoline for our 8 year old son. We placed the order and very quickly Roberto from Levity was in touch to confirm the order and delivery date. Great service and good quality trampoline (Telstar Elite 8x12ft). Delivered within a few days in time for our son's birthday.

Great delivery and communication, trampolene easy to assemble by self although did take me six hours on my own. Had to have help putting net arm up but other than that no problems. Son loves it. Had six months now and the oval shape is excellent as it doesn't take over the garden. Highly recommend. We bought the 10 x 7 as only have a smallish garden and so glad we did as big enough but not too big and our 7yr old has plenty of room to bounce.

When looking for a trampoline for my two kids (9yr and 5yr) I realised I wanted a bit of advice having narrowed it down to two trampolines. One company I tried had an automated message and said to look at their web page. Levity Trampolines took my details and told me some one would ring me back. Later that day I got a phone call from Roberto. He answered all my questions answered, great advice given and was really helpful. The difference between the two companies was massive! I ordered the trampoline Roberto advised, it arrived really quickly and was surprisingly simple to put up (although two people definitely needed!). The kids absolutely love it and have hardly been off it. Would highly recommend levity trampolines.

Not only did he have expert knowledge that modified and helped my purchase, the ongoing communication, updates and speed of response was head and shoulders above anything I have recently received (and that includes all retailers not just the trampoline shops!)

Amazing customer service throughout. Thanks Roberto! Bought a 12ft x 12ft trampoline and the kids absolutely adore it. Very sturdy! They are age 4, 8 and 12 and despite being very different ages they all love it equally! Highly revcomend this trampoline and Levity Tramplines are very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

Absolutely brilliant service.. so quick with my delivery I ordered it on the Tuesday it was with me the next day. The trampoline is fantastic easy to assemble to. Would highly recommend levity trampolines to anyone.

I recently bought an oval trampoline for my children and I couldn’t be any happier with the product and the service. The whole experience from beginning to the end was fantastic: super speedy delivery and when a small part broke when we set up the trampoline ourselves, we were send a replacement part immediately.
