Today I experienced for the first time…
Today I experienced for the first time that a person is treated based on his clothes......and it is necessary to learn how to talk to a customer.....the customer should not be told his mistake....I am a very old customer but I have never encountered such behavior. Today is the first time.
And they refused the exchange policy and told me our mistake

I don't recommend Lenskart
I don't recommend Lenskart. No quality at all. Just looting people. Salespeople are not able to justify the quality and price of the products. Lenskart only works because of marketing, promotions and Peyush Bansal marketing; their products are not up to the mark. I bought four pairs, but none of them was good. I don't recommend Lenskart at all. Please check the reviews before you buy from a fancy store or a branded store.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart. The staff and customer care were unhelpful, and the delivery service was extremely slow. The product quality didn’t match the price at all—definitely not worth it. Overall, I would not recommend Lenskart based on this experience.
Unsatisfactory experience
Recently bought a pair from the store here but customer care behaviour of the staff is rather rude when I went back for some repair. One doesn’t expect this from a leading company!
Very Poor Quality Progressive Glasses & No Support After Purchase
I had high expectations because the store looks great, and the frames are stylish. But the progressive glasses I bought (Japan brand, ₹6000) are a big disappointment. The mid-range vision is barely 0.5 cm wide, making them useless for daily tasks. I’ve used progressive lenses before, so I know how they should work — this is clearly a quality issue, not an “adaptation” problem.
I bought two glasses — one is average, the other is completely unusable. When I raised the issue, staff just told me to get used to it.
Why promise “superior visibility” before purchase.
Vision is not something you can compromise on. I expected better.
Frames and Lenses are of very cheap quality
Frames are of very cheap quality. Roadside shops are selling better than Lenskart.
Lenses are also of very low quality, and they are not qualified to make lenses.
Only a marketing gimmick.
Poor service
Product not delivered as promised and claimed by Lenskart. Customer helpdesk has absolutely no clue and could not 'Help' at all. I could have got the spectacles from a local maker much faster. Extremely disappointed.
My experience with lenskart is…
My experience with lenskart is absolutely pathetic. The sell product for Rs.6000 with less than 60 rupees. Worst
Giving 1 star
Giving 1 star. Seems like they are not ready to service the frames. They want you to buy new products. A simple frame is not in stock.. all they say is they need to be ordered and takes 5 -10 days.. what should a blind person do ?
can you guys not order and keep some inventory and help blind people in emergency..
This is pure trick to yo buy new products rather than sustainability.
Mixed bag
Mixed bag. In general, just a hyped up brand. Have been using spectacles for the past 30+ years. The steel series of spectacles by lenskart claims to be stainless steel, some store executive might even say rust proof, but after using, the product developed blue, green, brown oxidation on the spectacle. the titanium series has titanium on temples only, the bridge is steel, as per Thrissur lens kart store executive. So dont get too exited after seeing the number of stores and the designs. The material is underwhelming. The product is just the fast moving goods version of electronics. Serves the fashion.
It is a company that cheats and Lenskart cheats …
It is a company that cheats and manipulates customers. Cancelled my order within 15 minutes and the company says once you receive the product send it back because the product is immediately made. Apparently they sell cheap ready made stuff in the name of fancy items and cheat customers. Company not to be trusted.
Yesterday after a series of complaints, I was attended by someone from customer service and redressal given. However, there is a need for review of policy on cancellation and refund. There are options of contact us in the website but none works. Everyone quotes differently how the money paid by me was divided. Person in store, first receipt from central billing and then refund. None matches. Different amount of money has gone into different heads.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER , I BOUGHT FRAME WITH LENS ON 9TH JULY BUT LATER IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST THE FRAME GOT DAMAGED ITSELF , SO I CALLED ON CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND RAISED A REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE ORDER, THEY ACCEPTED THE EXCHANGE MY ORDER GOT PICKED UP WITHIN 2 DAYS LATER I WENT TO THE STORE TP PURCHASE MY EXCHANGE ORDER SO THE STORE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE 200 RS BECAUSE HE MADE A WRONG BILL AT THE TIME OF FIRST PURCHASE. THEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN . GOT MY PROBLEM RESOLVED AFTER 2 WEEKS , THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE STORE CREDIT, THEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN TO ADD THE PRODUCT WITH EXCHANGE OF FIRST PURCHASE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLVED THAT PROBLEM ON 5TH CALL . THEN THEY PLACED THE EXCHANGE ORDER , IT IS ALREADY BEEN 7 DAYS I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCT NOR THE DELIVERY STATUS UPDATED , I GOT MY FIRST ORDER IN 2 DAYS .
A LOCAL SELLER IS FAR BETTER THAN LENSKART LTD . HENCE SAID .
Lenskart customer care is very worst
its worst customer care , no one is picking the call. No one is replying on whatsapp, store call, and customer call. They first grab the money from customer and not delivery the product.
I have been waiting in the customer call more than 25mins, but no one is answering. I think we should stop purchasing at lenskart.
I had visited the lenskart store today…

Low prices but terrible after sales experience
Overall I feel this is one of the worst organisations that exist in India. They are capturing market share due to their pricing and there is a heavy focus on sales. However, when it comes to after-sales service, Lenskart is terrible. Their customer service is not reliable nor practical. For example, if you do not call from the same number as your registered account, you will not be provided service. Customer Service via chat behave worse than automated bots, all they do is copy & paste some pre-configured messages while taking minimal action. Overall an extremely difficult organisation to deal with.
