I went to Lema Clinic for my teeth treatment and honestly, I’m so happy I chose this place. Everything was quick and well organized. The doctor and the assistant were super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
The clinic looks modern and clean, and they really know what they’re doing.

This clinic is a scam. We were quoted one price, then charged £2,000 more when you get there . My wife got two implants, and after only 4 weeks one fell out. They told us to come urgently, but refused to cover hotel, flights or food even if it wasn’t my wife’s fault they came out and were under the warranty. Once there, they demanded £1,000 for blood tests (another patient paid £800 for the same).That is ridiculous nowhere in this world some blood test and a health check up cost that . We have called different clinics as well to confirm that nowhere was more than 200€.When we refused and asked for a refund, they kept us waiting for hours, invented fake charges, and in the end refunded just £60 for two crowns that were never placed and 340 for the implants, imagine that .

The way they treat patients is unacceptable:
• Inconsistent and inflated prices.
• Contracts pushed under pressure, no copy given.
• Waiting from 9 AM until 3 AM following day in the clinic
• Charging £200 for a plastic mouthguard which most of the clinics are giving that for free.
• For failed implants, they expect you to come back in 3 months at your own expense again. So that’s 2 times coming on your own expenses because they dealing with people like it’s a warehouse of cutting meats. The money we have spend for nothing at the second visit we could of just make the implants back in UK for even cheaper . You think it’s cheap when they make your first price but then they keep adding more and more things that are unnecessary.
• Translators stand next to you and pressure you to write fake 5-star reviews. I have added some images as well showing the way they keep playing with people.
I had made an XRay back in England where the dentist said that the implants weren’t even properly in the middle of the bone !!!!
This place is dishonest, manipulative and only cares about money. We lost thousands of pounds, time, energy, and trust. If you don’t want the same nightmare, stay far away from Lema Clinic.

I’ve recently been to have my dental implants completed following my fist visit for my dental crowns. And I absolutely 100% recommend Lema. I’ve had no pain or trouble with my teeth at all. They look better than what I expected. Im so happy to have a full set of teeth again. They look fantastic. The dentist do an amazing job and all of the staff are helpful and kind. Overall Ive had a really good experience. Anything you want they are happy to cater to you. I went alone for my second visit and I didn’t feel worried or scared at all. Me and my partner was very happy with the service we received he had only 1 crown and cyst, but me I received I totally new smile they changed everything and I see my smile again. The staff, the receptionists, the translation team, the dentists and the professor are amazing people I can not express how grateful I am. The place doesn't look like a hospital at all it is more like an expensive hotel environment which make all the customers to feel calm and relaxed. The also offer coffee and food all day long while you carrying your treatment. Great people, great placce indeed.

Excellent results, I love my new smile! Management in terms of organising the week at Lema and all transfers were seamless. Top facilities and a fantastic clinic.
Advice for future clients. Expect the cost to increase, everyone’s did even mine even though I had no complications or infections etc. And even had 4 less crowns but still paid more than planned. So ensure you prepare to pay more. Also mentally prepare yourself for the tooth shaving prep process if having crowns.

After agreeing on price and dates, I booked my plain tickets, and my journey to perfect smile began.
Transfer to hotel, and from hotel to clinic was included in my offer, as well as hotel accommodation. Everything was in the highest quality and level and I couldn’t be happier about choosing Lema!

The assistant is very poor and the way I see clinic is extremely poor also because they let assistant to text like this , I sent them an X-ray , I am from USA , in USA everything is very important, in this clinic they told me that they wanna put implants according to my X-ray BUT THE SURGERY OF SYNIS LIFTING FOR THEM IS THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE which I saw later on after million questions, with extra small letters at the end of my plan which u wont even notice when this , surgery supposed to be the FIRST ONE especially on the place where I have to put implants !! BASICALLY THEY DNT EVEN CARE !! In USA SYNIS lifting is an important procedure for everyone and doctors prepare u for that , but for this clinic it’s just in ADDITIONAL EXTRA CHARGES , THIS IS NOT THE JOKE !!!!! Please BE CAREFUL !!! Also I texted the assistant that I dnt like it and I dnt need help from their clinic , 2 days later she texted me if I checked my plan of their job ! They dnt even care what u tell them ,DNT TRUST THIS PLACE !!!
