It a nice “sweatshirt” but the material is not sweatshirt material. More of a polyester. And it has a plastic zipper. Not really heavy duty.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service ! I ordered very comfortable pants and had such good service receiving them! The mail service where I live is unacceptable! I was alarmed that I had not received my slacks so I contacted Jane at Customer Service and she assured me they were somewhere in my area! She found out they had been delivered but not on the date it specified! Sure enough my slacks came 2 days after her company had found out they had been delivered! I ordered a jacket for my husband
I ordered a jacket for my husband. It took over 2 weeks to receive it. When it finally came it was to small. I wanted to return it because you offer 30 day return policy. I was told that even though you have a business in LA that I would have to return it to China because you were out of the jackets in CA and had to get my order there. That is not my fault and I see no good reason why it can't be returned to CA since that's where I live. I feel this return is being made difficult so there will not be a return. What a terrible business practice. I. Am asking that you make this right.

I placed an order over a week ago and they haven't even shipped the order out yet. I have tried calling the number which doesn't work btw and emailed a number of times, no response. I am not very happy. I feel like they took my 100$ from me. My order number is HanTon7345. Any response is greatly appreciated.

Somehow we ordered the wrong size and attempted to return and get an exchange of a sweat suit. Forget 30 day returns. They said it would cost us too much. "Give it to someone who could wear it" "We will give you a $15.00 discount." And it never ended. "Take photos and send to us so we can determine if it's refundable. "We will give you a $20.00 refund, keep the item" Hassle, Hassle, and we finally said give us the $20.00 refund. We know it will probably will be a merchandise credit which we won't use.

"Not returnable"
I know my sizes. I ordered XL shorts, and the entire garment was too snug. I tried to return the set of five--and was informed they were 'not returnable.' They're useless to me, will donate to a thrift shop. Very disappointed.----------(Edit). I should not have to reach out to your support team. Your 'not returnable' policy is asinine for clothing. I'm not gonna try, I'll just cut my losses and donate.

Happily satisfied.
I originally ordered the 4 pack of t-shirts in a L size. When I received my order, one T-shirt was missing. I notified Lee Hanton and they immediately sent me the missing shirt. I had tried the new t-shirts on and they felt a little large. I requested that they send the missing t-shirt in size M. I received shortly thereafter and liked the fit. I then ordered the same T-shirts in a size M.
I was impressed with the customer satisfaction. They apologized for the first mix up, but I ended up realizing that I am size M, based on their products.

Actually I thought the shorts I ordered were of good quality. Unfortunately the size was too large. When I tried to return the product I got a lot of pushback. The representative told me to try and sell them to someone else. We have been going back and forth finally they have said they will ship me the product in the correct size. Although the colors I ordered were out of stock in my size. I have notified my credit card company of the situation and I am waiting for a resolution. I order a lot of my clothes online and have never run into a situation like this.
