I’m completely frustrated and disappointed! I made an order that took about one month to be shipped and I got a message that the package was delivered to me when I did not get anything!
I’ve been contacting the support email to just receive the following answer: “We do want to help you with this issue.
As the parcel was delivered successfully, and we, the seller, are not their customer any more.
We tried to do this, but only got a notice that they had shipped your parcel as our request.
Thus, in this case, only you have the authority to file a case against
the shipping company and ask for compensation from them now.

I spend 100€ on this product and that’s the only response I have. No information at all about the shipping company was ever provided to me to been able to claim on my own. No reimbursement possible at all!
