I placed my order more than four weeks ago and they have neither responded to my inquiries nor have I received the goods. I doubt whether the store is genuine.
I will try to get my money back.

We have refunded the money to you - Sadly we are not able to ship such heavy things til Germany at the moment. The risk of damage is very high.

Fine varer til gode priser. Er dog forundret over, at Krone1 ikke vedlægger retur-label, men at kunden selv skal betale for at sende varer retur.
