DO NOT – I REPEAT, DO NOT – ORDER FROM KITEMANA IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES.


I made the massive mistake of buying two used kites from them – total purchase around $3,000. These clowns slapped the FULL VALUE on the invoice and commercial declaration. I got SLAMMED with a whopping $550 in import taxes that I never saw coming. That’s almost 20% of my purchase GONE.

Kiting community in the US: Kitemana is a nightmare if you order from the U.S. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They ruined what should’ve been an exciting gear buy and turned it into a financial gut-punch. STAY AWAY.

Do NOT buy from this company, they send empty parcels without your kite gear!!! adding to that the client service is catastrophic and insulting to the customer. My advice, please pass your way from this website

Reliable store with fast delivery and good prices

Good prices, branded products and very fast delivery. However, I have to point out something very important to me that makes this store very reliable and that is the returns. I had to return 3 Mystic wetsuits because the sizes did not correspond to the body type of my son for whom they were intended. Everything worked perfectly and without any hassle for me from the process on the site to the refund which was done in a very reasonable time. I am totaly satisfied not only because of the prices and fast delivery but also of the reliability which is very important these days.

I needed a kite fast and Kitemana…

I needed a kite fast and Kitemana delivered! They were very helpful, and easy to contact. Answered questions quickly and the shipping really surprised me. 3 days to my house from Holland to Thailand and the shipping cost was very reasonable. I think I am a new Kitemana customer!

These people are theifs

These people are theifs . We ordered a kite and the boxe arrived empty .
!!!!! .
The ups delivery man opened th parcel with us .and wrote a testimony that the parcel was empty .
Kitemana don't send us the money back .

Now on top of that we réalisés that on the label of the parcel that left kiteman it is saying 0.5 kg !!!!!!
Which means that the parcel left the company empty!!!!!!
3 week after they still don't send our money back and we have no answers

Tom Visser from Kitemana provides…

Tom Visser from Kitemana provides excellent service! I bought a wetsuit 2 years ago and after just a couple of uses, it ripped above the knee pad. I asked if they could repair it and I got a reply back from Tom super quick. Because of this, I am also considering them to repair my kite. Experience felt very good!

Kite repair

Company is very helpful ans also rather quick in responding. I had a badly damaged kite, which was repaired. When i got it back i thought it was a new kite, the repair was only visible when te kite was in the sun and it shines through.

Highly recommend

Always very helpful and responsive with queries, buying online regarding sizes can be tricky but once I had to change a wetsuit size and it was very straightforward to exchange. Highly recommend.

Discount seller of old models of kites

Discount seller of old models of kites.
Instead of focusing on pushing new an innovative newer models of brands the focus seems to be on just making a buck. How can the market progress when major retailers keep stocking old models because it's cheaper for them to buy and profit from. Poor form and I won't support this practice.

Terrible Customer Experience, Extremely Rude Customer Service (Dolf) and No Warranty Support

I had an awful experience with Kitemana and would strongly advise against purchasing from them. From the beginning, their customer service (Warranty Support "Dolf") was unhelpful and very rude. When I received my product (Slingshot Sentry Bar V1), it malfunctioned in less than 4 months—clearly a quality control issue.

I have raised a warranty claim on 19 May 2025, after waiting many days, I have got a reply from "Dolf" advising me to use a glue to fix a defected control bar.

after so many back and forth emails, Dolf offered to send me a replacement spare part which requires a technical skills to fix and replace. when i raised my concern about that and asked to cover the repair cost, he refused and his reply was aggressive and he said that all what you can get. take it or leave it.

The worst part? Their warranty is a joke. Despite clear defects, they refused to take responsibility, and offered only half solutions. Zero accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and buy from a company that actually stands behind their products. Kitemana does not care about their customers once they have your money. Avoid at all costs.

I bought my first kite equipment from…

I bought my first kite equipment from Kitemana. I needed it to arrive before I left and they succeeded! I can assure you that it was not easy! Helpful and very kind with a lot of attention to the customer. I will continue to buy from them not only for the very competitive prices but for the unbeatable service.

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Response

I bought a used kitesurf board (a 138 cm twintip) and unfortunately made the mistake of not asking about the binding size. When I received it, I realized that the bindings were brand new but in size XL, which was too big for my feet. I contacted customer service via chat for support, but the only solution offered was to return the bindings and get a 10% discount on a new pair in my size. Additionally, the response I received was unprofessional, with disrespectful jokes about how Dutch people are tall and use 138 cm boards. I felt offended. I admit my mistake, but after spending €380 on a used board, I expected better customer service.
