After less than an year my Office 365 LIFETIME account has been deleted. I've contacted keysmix but no answer. They leave you without any solution and without any answer. Bye bye 13€!

At first the product was working well but now I am having login issues with Ms Office. Emailed and sent WhatsApp messages but no one is responding.

Disgusting company!!! The call service is rude and racist against Jews! Don’t use this company!

Don't go near this company. After they charged and took my money for the Office code, it never arrived.
After contacting their official customer service, I received unprecedented curses and insults for being from a certain country that the site opposes.
Again, I emphasize not to approach them. The report was also forwarded to Microsoft so that they could sever ties with them.

It's fine when it works but after a while when it stops working there is no support, no response, using any of their advertised communication channels

It’s a complete scam. They take the payments and then stop responding — neither via chat nor email. The payment has been made, but their website keeps showing 'payment pending' indefinitely.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. This website attempts to charge your credit card (via 3rd party payment processor, Wert.io) to purchase cryptocurrency to process your transaction. Nowhere on the checkout / shopping cart is the PayPal option given even though PayPal logos are everywhere. Luckily I used a virtual card number to prevent further abuse.

For 2 days I have tried to reach Keysmix to unlock my account for Microsoft Office. By e-mail, by Phone and by Chat. No reply. I'm afraid Keysmix is a scam company.

The seller sent a counterfeit license that does not work, he sends MAK keys, the same key that you receive, other customers also receive, do not buy, the same does not refund even the key does not work.

Ordered 4 licenses and only 2 were sent. Windows and Kaspersky never arrived and my emails were ignored. Also they are misrepresenting their location as Albuqurque when they are based in Morocco.

On the 11/02/25 I purchased an ESET internt security 3 year 1 user product. It is now 21/ 02 /25 and the product has not arrived.
I have sent this company 3 Emails regarding this matter but they have not replied to any of them.
My advise is to AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETLY.

I purchased an MS Office 2021 key because my previous version of office (key bought elsewhere) had stopped working after a Windows 11 update (24H2). It had worked since 2020 but with the issue created I decided to buy a newer version than I had.
The purchase went smoothly and I received my key very quickly. However I discovered the issue created by the Windows update was not rectified by a newer product but customer support guided me through how to sort the issue in very quick time. It seems the issue created by Windows is highlighted on microsoft's support pages. I had to edit regedit and I was guided to how to do this by customer support. So I now have a working key/product which so far I am happy with.

I purchased Adobe CC. It worked fine for a few months, but then suddenly, there were no available Adobe apps. This happened right in the middle of a job. Yes, customer service is quick, but they did not reinstate all the Adobe apps. The company claims to be an Adobe-certified reseller, but a link to their certificate is littered with spelling mistakes. As they say, if it looks too good to be true, it is. As far as Adobe CC purchases, I would avoid this company.

Chat support was available super fast - 1 min or so. I am not great with technical aspects that's why i contacted support. So step by step I was able to purchase and install Office 2021 with their help. From the moment my payment was received - instant bank transfer so within seconds - I received the installation key immediately via chat. And the person - Jass - stayed with me until the very end. Awesome.
