Bought a new iceriver AL3 at the price of 4.5k + 200k shipping with lots of promises , came broken without any good reason why it came that way

Since then a negotiation for over a month what to do with the miner and how to get it fixed ,the representative told me to fix it by myself to lower the cost of shipping.
I'm very very disappointed

It's my first time doing business with keyesminers , and definitely the last time.

Very bad, they have a lot of issues to provide their trust
all they keep saying is promises which i am sure 100% is wrong but they convince u they can do it , one of them was sending me info about they already shipped to another guy and it went smooth and everything works , but turns out i reached to that guy and he said he never dealt with them before or even heard about them
Don't deal with them they are most likely a scam, I did my researches
