No sure who to slam with this rating so…

No sure who to slam with this rating so I will divid him up in item quality and follow up. I purchase a Jacuzzi Pool Pump thinking I was matching up to a Jacussi Filter. I did this thinking I would have less concerns. Whoops did I make a mistake. Turns out their is NO brand integrity and what you get is on you. I have a pool pump that has been and issue from day on. So to be brief because no really read long growls. The Jacuzzi Pump really a Hayward Pump failed first year. The issue was determined to be the motor and after more hours than count I carried it down 75 miles to the local Leslie's Pool store to have them determine the issue. Then Hayward shipped the new motor (my word) to me to have it installed by a pool expert (My Money). Next summer same issue all over again accept now we have more issue each and every step of the way. The whole summer wasted. Now we have a pump that will not pump unless I push the water through with a pipe clearing bladder. The bad side of the is the pump running with out water cooling it heating up to the point of it burning up and catching fire. Enter the question if it has failed the second time it must be the pools side and not the equipment side. Okay lets go there. Day one bump is taken out of box incomplete, it missing the connection fitting. Delay number 1 and my supplier (who I purchased from) Leslie's Pool agrees to send me the part which I have to pay for since there is no way it is there fault or their suppliers. Year one the pump starts have issues. Finally it is determined I need to take it to the closes Leslie's Pool store and after 4 days of sitting on their hands then determine it is exactly what I and my rather expensive pool service tell them the issue it. Ten days latter the pool motor arrives and I get my expensive but knowledge pool service back to install the motor. Lets cut the issue down to something less than a novel. I would estimate between the install and service calls this pump has cost me north of $2000 in cost and service calls. The sad part is I an my wife have only been able to use the pool 6 times in 2 years. I don't care if its on Jacuzzi(Product purchase), Hayward (Manufacturer) or the seller Leslies Pool this is still a mess the end user should not be subject too. So to this end I am going to copy this post to each.

Denied warranty and then VOIDED IT

purchased a Jacuzzi "Soul Spa" which is under a 5-year shell warranty. The spa was properly installed on a level concrete base by professionals and maintained according to the owner's manual. Within the warranty period, the shell catastrophically failed by leaking from the bottom.

Jacuzzi denied the warranty claim, alleging improper installation without providing any specific evidence. I have extensive documentation including photos, installation and maintenance records, and proof of purchase.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer must provide specific justification to void a warranty. Jacuzzi’s refusal appears arbitrary and in bad faith. I am seeking either full repair or replacement of the defective unit as promised under the warranty.

Avoid Jacuzzi

Avoid Jacuzzi
Warning - do not buy a Jacuzzi unless you want constant hassle and engineer visits and a complete lack of compassion from customer service.
Purchased a J335 in early 2021, have had 4 years of problems and faults and issues which have been constantly returned resolved then unresolved. I have had the Jacuzzi changed for a brand new one and continue to have the same issues. Multiple temp sensors, circulation pumps, screen issues, badly fitted and broken side panels, damaged cover clips, and over 30 jets replaced where Jacuzzi have admitted fault that the circulated jets are going to keep being faulty until they change the design. Initial customer service is now non existent and I just get ignored every time I try to rectify an issue which is out of my control.
Treated appalling most recently after promise after promise of a resolution and just blatantly ignored when trying to be understanding and patient under the circumstances.
After 4 years of Jacuzzi ownership I’ve probably had a full working product for less than 12 months overall pieces together and after years of time wasted trying to rectify, my patience has ran out.
A product over £10k is not fit for purpose.
Do not buy from Jacuzzi. You have been warned.

I had a very bad experience at the Wellness Jacuzzi store on Victoria Street Kitchener. The store manager was very rude and abusive apparently reacting to something that he thought that I had said. The management seemed to support the person implying that I had somehow provoked him. They need some training in customer service and unconscious bias.

Firma zablokowała nam media…

Our company had our social media accounts blocked because we used the word "jacuzzi" in our name, which is a common term for a hot tub. The funniest part is that we actually have one of their tubs at our resort!!!!! Despite numerous requests, they completely ignored us. Our entire resort booking system relied on social media. I will never buy a tub from that company again.

Jacuzzi Customer Support in UK is ZERO

Ok! A world renown name with apparently high end, luxury products. We have a whirlpool bath and Hammam/shower. The equipment itself is "reasonable", and I could expand on the poor quality here but real complaint is the support which, in the UK is perhaps the worst I have experienced with any company, ever. Please don't think this is a one-off, knee jerk reaction, this reflects my experience for over a decade. I simply cannot get anything other than an automated email which is never followed up. My advice has to be, you simply should not buy Jacuzzi products in the UK.

Aggressive sales

Phone for information and the next thing I know I was getting phone calls very aggressive sales people from numerous phone numbers. I’ve had to tell them three times not to call me. They are disorganized. I would not do business with them and from these reviews I’m glad that I have not attempted.

We had a shower recently replaced by an authorized dealer. While the installation seemed to go well a number of problems have been discovered.
Base is very slippery as no groves are installed
Walls do not mesh and I have been told they meet industry standards. Looks like a number of missed measurements
I was told new silver silicon will hide these mistakes/
Roughly 8 feet in 3 locations.
Not acceptable for the money
Bath experts are using band aid to fix poor installation

poor service

Hot tub thermostat malfunction for second time. Hot tub is 61/2 years old. To get a service tech out to check it out will be one month. So unacceptable in todays world. I would definitely classify this as poor service in any industry.

I bought what I believed was a quality…

I bought what I believed was a quality product from a known manufacturer....Jacuzzi.
The item is a bath faucet.
I need to replace the 'cartridge' which is clogged. I have tried contacting Jacuzzi by email, chat, and text.
They sent me a link to a site which did not work, they sent me an email asking for date of purchase, receipt number etc. I have been requesting this info for over a month and still do not have a part or a coherent answer from them.

I try to buy quality items whenever I can but if this is how the Jacuzzi company works, I'll remove the faucet and buy a cheap store brand.

Follow-up 3.11.22
Just received another email from Jacuzzi, they said I did not submit the info they asked for so they can't help me. To show how inept they are, they even got my name wrong. I sent them the model name, model number and a photo of the part, they just can't get it right.
