I am not fully satisfied. Overall the laptop is in good condition but there are deep scratches on the face of the laptop. You guys could have provided me actual photos of the laptop in the advertising listing. The listing just mentioned that it has scratches. Overall I am now using it as it is but the experience could have been better if I was well informed.
