Bought a 12 month subscription and received 6 boxes then stopped receiving and no refund yet…very disappointed!
Company keeps your money!
I was a customer for quite a while. I renewed for a year in June and then the company closed! No refund nothing just lost all my money. This was a big blow and I can’t believe this is allowed. I keep getting emails from them from Mary but, I am unable to email them.

This was quite an expensive gift and cannot believe people treat customers like this. Seems no way of getting any money back for the boxes that not received. Very poor company and owners
I was a loyal customer now very unhappy
I was a loyal customer for a few years. Got an email in august saying that they had closed and the subscription I had paid for will be voided. I keep getting billed for these boxes but have not received one since. No answer to any emails as they bounce back. There is no way to contact them. Not happy at all.

I was a loyal customer for a year. Now i keep getting charged but no box. When i try to eamil them i get it kicked back stating that is no longer is available. This was an amazing business. Its a shame it has gine down.

I’ve just been charged for 4 boxes and the abruptly closed. There is no way to contact them. I left my email with them but have heard nothing. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and I hope I get them to take off the charge on my Visa but I just don’t know. I had recently communicated with the owner and she never indicated there was a problem. She knew I was sending most of the boxes as a gift to a very I’ll friend too.
Question: Is there anyone else we can alert about this. Anyone in Ireland as it won’t help to do anything here in the states. VERY disappointed if I’m out all that money.

Loved them till they called it quits and took my money. I had to file a complaint with my bank . They did look into it and I got my money back. After two years of buying from them they gave us a big F.U. and then said hope you rejoin when we come back🤣

Tragic End to What Had Been a Monthly Delight
On August 3rd, I received an email that the company had closed. Almost since the beginning, I had been a six month box subscriber. At the time of the company closing, I had two boxes left to my six month subscription. I kept checking my credit card to see if the remaining two boxes had been credited to my account. At this time, they have not. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company for the two unfilled boxes. For two years, these little green boxes each month had been a high-light and joy to the month. It is beyond tragic that the company just ended the subscription service on such a bad term with subscribers. I am flabbergasted!

I had to file a dispute with my credit card company as the August box was paid for but never shipped and the company appears to be out of business. I received a "reminder" email this morning that my card would be charged on August 15 for the next month's box. I have now cancelled my credit card on file with them so as to stop any future charges. So sad, I thoroughly enjoyed receiving this monthly box of goodies from Ireland.
Unable to cancel/contact
Unable to cancel my subscription due to website "under maintenance" for some time now. Emails bounce back and the facebook page disappeared, the facebook group being "paused" also. However, they keep taking your money without pause!
I'm wondering if this has turned into a scam?!?
Business closed
The owner sent an email stating they were closing immediately and would not be sending any more products. This email did not address refunds for subscriptions they charged. The email and website have been closed down so there’s no way to contact them. I will most likely open a dispute with my credit card company, I would suggest others do the same.
Prior to this issue, the company was wonderful, I’m saddened they chose to do things this way.
Irish-at-Heart Closed
I received an email from Irish-at-Heart on August 3, 2022, that said, they were closing. After reading such good reviews about them, I was very disappointed. I had recently subscribed for a monthly subscription on July 15th, but as of yet, haven't received a box. Not sure if one is coming at all or if there will be a refund. It would be helpful to know either way, as their website and email are down.
