Highly suggesting not to use the service
Highly suggest not to use the service. I've tried using it 3 times on 3 different but important personal occasions. All 3 times failed - no delivery and a refund. Moreover, the 3rd time there was not even a contact from support mentioning that the delivery will not occur. So I've spent around 6h at home waiting for delivery that never happened.
What a trash service overall.

Always perfect flowers and arrangements. Excellent and caring customer service. Always checks recipient is at home before setting out on delivery which is appreciated.

Easy ordering. Delivered on time and beautiful flowers. BUT BUT BUT the follow up emails and page links to give feed back lack language choices. You may be ordering for delivery in one country from another country and therefore can't read the follow up pages because they are only in the delivered country's language. Also the pages are not translatable by click of a button as other pages are. And some clickable buttons with text are images so you can't copy and paste the text into a translator. Therefore only 2 STARS. The Interflora webmaster needs to get this sorted out.
A company with no real people who communicate via AI very badly
My delivery didn’t arrive. I chased via on line live chat whose response sounded AI generated. Just like the flowers that never arrived the promised refund did not either . Again it was down to me to chase. Again another generic reply which did not address the disgraceful mistakes with my original very expensive order. Still no refund . They clearly have no proper staff and their designated florists who’s been assigned our orders are woefully inadequate. It’s the old cliche of “ if I could give no stars I would”. This is a company on its knees. Just don’t trust them with an order . The order was via UK Interflora to a Uk address
No delivery, no customer service.
Placed order for mothers day but did not get anything delivered. It's 2 days later now and still nothing.
You can't call Interflora and they do not reply to e-mails.
Stay away.

My ordered was never delivered
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a close friend on a specific date, but not only has it not been delivered, I haven't received any response to any of my emails to Interflora Portugal. Now I’m left with no flowers, no replies despite multiple attempts to contact them through both customer service and their Instagram inbox, and their chat feature isn't working either. It feels nearly impossible to reach them through any channel. I’ve already paid for the flowers, so I’m left unsure whether I’ll even get my money back. I chose Interflora because of their good reputation, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. It seems my only option now is to leave a negative review, hoping they’ll finally take notice.

They never delivered and have not responded to any requests. They merely close the ticket with out so much as a reason. I can't even find the company details to lay a complaint with the respective government entity that deals with situations like this. Company is a joke.

Disgusting... Not customer oriented, selfish and are not reading what people write to them. Literally they brought a completely different bouquet - it is way smaller, the flowers were red, yellow and some plastic toys in there. The bouquet I ordered was light pinky and white. When I wrote them my concern, they said that they think the flowers are the same. "gave me 15% discount" - you really think that I wrote you my disappointment and want to order again? No no and no again

Disappointed in their services
Disappointed in their services. Paid for same day delivery for my grandmother who is 95 and she never received the flowers. I have tried to contact them numerous times to find out where the flowers are or to get my refund and no correspondence. I have been bombarded with marketing but nothing else.
Will never use INTERFLORA again.
