This Chinese company screwed me out of over $400 with their “guaranteed” shipping that arrived four days later than guaranteed. And was useless to me because it misses the event. If I knew items were shipping from china I would’ve had serious doubt about a 4d delivery time. But I paid extra for this shipping because it said guaranteed. They credited me HALF the SHIPPING cost. Big woop. Horrible company. Can’t believe they came up first on Google search.

Inept.

Inept. Ordered coasters. Rectangular in shape. They sent a colour proof on a round coaster for approval. Their order said SQUARE. Seemed OK.
I approved the colour and design.

They sent me round coasters!!
I asked them to replace with the SQUARE coasters I wanted.
They will do so at a 50% charge!!!

I advised that if they are not free, refund all my money.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Guaranteed delivery date came and went without any updates. Awful customer service, still waiting for my refund. If I dont receive it within the next day, I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the FTC.

Such a HORRIBLE experience…

Ordered 100 shirts for $1000 + dollars for a conference with those specific details printed on the shirts . They said they would have the products delivered on or before Monday 9/30. I expedited and paid money for these services to guarantee delivery. This was the beginning of the issues. I called them on 9/30 to receive any sort of shipping information, they proceeded to tell me that my order hasn't been started. They guaranteed me that they would be there the next day before the conference, I agreed hesitantly. Well safe to say that they arrived 30 min AFTER THE CONFERENCE WAS OVER, not meeting the 2nd guaranteed delivery date. They were also shipped to the wrong address. And not I'm stuck with 100 shirts and now they are trying to give $100 off. And I'm left with hundreds of T-shirts that I am unable to sell or even give away because the conference is over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Tried to double charge

Tried to double charge. Requested to cancel order. Weeks on after promises of a refund.... I'm without a refund... But have received a bunch of excuses. Have involved consumer protection. Please avoid!

Not Recommended

Steer well clear of this company! We had placed an order for sew-on labels in September. Despite an anticipated postal strike, they made the decision to ship via Canada Post. Delivery will now not occur until the strike is resolved (likely months away). Furthermore, neither a refund or a willingness to recreate and reship has been offered. Instead, they are falling back on their customer documentation which states that they are not responsible for shipping issues. Just terrible customer service.

Terrible company

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Do not trust their guarantees or services. They never delivered my order, it never left “production” even after a month. Customer service was completely useless.

Like most comments say

Like most comments say, they obviously don't know what "guaranteed" means, as it arrived a full week after it was supposed to. That being said, the team really worked to make sure I was taken care of and did end up cutting me a shipping discount because of my concerns there, and it still came significantly faster than nearly any other custom flag store would. I thought the quality was very nice despite all the other negative reviews, and if it came down to it, between the customer service, price, etc. I would be happy to use them again! :)

The service

The service, product quality, and timing was absolutely terrible. This business shouldn't be able to continue to provide service. They were a month late in production and delivery. Terrible in Communication. Called the day of guaranteed delivery and they hadn't even started production. Upon recieving the final product, it was terrible quality. Don't waste your money.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered custom logo tees that were advertised as "printed" tees, but were in fact cheap and flimsy DTF transfers that were ironed onto each shirt. A few of them were already peeling up when I opened the box. Most of them were wrinkled. They all made the shirts feel stiff and look cheap. When I brought my issues to customer service, they asked three or four times for the same information and asked repeatedly for photos of ALL the shirts that were affected (there were 72 all together). Bottom line: this company provides low-quality products and even lower-quality customer service. Their offer for remedy? I could return all the shirts at MY EXPENSE. Don't confuse this company (imprintnow) with imprint.com, which is actually a good company that prints shirts properly.

Horrible Experience! Poor quality/Expensive

Ordered 2 caps with a custom patch. Took over a month, and when recieved the patches were horribly crooked to the point I would not use them. Offered me a 10% refund, and the said I could return. I immediately said yes to return. Get an email back giving me return address saying I can return them at my expense, and no further refund would be given!! Total idiots!!

First time client and never again

First time client and never again. Proof didn't match product... I expressed my concerns when the stickers showed up and they they were illegible due to bad colors printed thinking that a serious company would quickly resolve a bad production issue... but no, I was met with time wasting emails over two weeks and then finally being told to ignore my lying eyes and that the stickers were good. I sent two lots of images of the lousy printing and then again told, 'they're fine' despite them not being fine at all. All I asked for was a reprint, not a refund, I said I would sent back the bad ones, I was trying to be very patient and reasonable, I hate leaving bad reviews... but to be told that something substandard was in fact acceptable... was just too much for me. In the end I was offered 10% off to make up for it... what a joke. I do no recommend this company, they are a scam and out to make a quick buck. Very disappointed.

This dishonest US co. passes you around to 10 different…

You get passed around to 10 different consultants giving you different answers to a question. They are a U.S company using AUS domain etc and they printed merchandise for me, printed it incorrectly, I asked for a refund but they refuse and deny their poor printing. they asked me to send products back to USA for a lousy 10% refund. I wanted to return them to an Australian address. I found an address in Cabramatta NSW but it isn’t connected to this company. I DONT RECOMMEND you use this dishonest company.. You’re better off going to an actual Australian business - double check! This is a dishonest company.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company - they are a complete scam! They guarantee a delivery date, but do not make good on it. This is all done in an attempt to scam you out of money! Then, they will not give you a refund. I got burned bad, scammed out of 250 dollars! DONT DO IT!!!!!

Shell Company Scam

The company is based in Canada but the products are developed, produced and shipped from China. Not only did I not get my posters on time but they wouldn't even refund me when the issue was on there end.

I am STILL waiting for them to arrive and I ordered them in July!

and possibly the worst customer satisfaction.

defensive and irritating to work with.

i ordered business cards for an event
2x3.5in for specific reasons measurement
with proof before they send it out.

for some reason someone on their team changed the design to 2x3 without my approval and then they sent it out 🤣🤣

keep in mind they have you fill out an initial order form and in that initial form they ask you to provide desired measurements…
so idk why theyd change shit up 🤣

but dont worry! if they mess up theyd be more than happy to offer a $9 refund for their mistakes 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. I beg you to stay away from this company. The products are not good, the quality is poor, and you will not get your money back. I ordered 50 items and they were NOT what I ordered. The Custom Service is horrible too! Keep looking around, I took one for the team today!

Bad Quality

Communication with the company is 5 star all day, they were quick to respond to my issue.

Purchased four 13' Swooper Flags, the poles that were send didn't fit properly but it was an easy fix, just eliminate one of the poles and it works. The bottom pole that attaches to the ground peg is just thin metal and not sturdy metal like the image showed when I made the purchase. Their answer was to purchase smaller poles if used in a windy area? they are 13' tall and designed to be used outside, of course there will be wind? I will not purchase from them again just based on this, almost $1,000 for four flags that lasted a couple of weeks, not good!

Lack of accountability and poor proofing system

I placed an order for the Twist and Fold fan and clearly specified that I wanted both a black edge and black handle. The company provided a proof for approval, which included a dotted line indicating the safe area for my image and text. However, there was no mention or visual indication regarding the "edge" color or how it would be treated in production.

When I received the final product, the edge was white—contrary to what I had requested. I've since spoken to two different customer service agents, each offering conflicting explanations. One claimed that by approving the image placement, I had implicitly approved the white edge—despite the proof offering no clarification on that area. The other stated that I should have specified a black background, even though there was no option to do so during the ordering process.

It’s disappointing to see a company deflect responsibility for what is clearly a lack of clarity in their proofing and ordering system. Rather than taking accountability for a production oversight, they seem more focused on shifting the blame to the customer.

I would not order from them again and advice you on steering clear from this company.
