My Painful Experience with IFEX Capital – Please Read Before You Make Any Deposit

I am sharing my experience so others are aware before trusting IFEX Capital.

I deposited ₹37 lakhs INR plus transaction charges, making my total loss around ₹40+ lakhs INR. My account managers — Mr. Mohammad Aliyan, Mr. Henry Brown and Mr. Marvin — constantly pressured and misled me with repeated promises, including an assured withdrawal of ₹48 lakhs INR by July 2025, which was even “approved” internally but never released.

Instead, I was asked to pay fabricated charges like “SEBI fees” and “withdrawal taxes,” which are not part of genuine regulated trading practice. Under continuous pressure and threats to secure my funds, I was forced to take loans and borrow from friends and relatives. Once the deposits were made, all support stopped from account managers.

As a single mother, this situation has pushed me into an unbearable financial and emotional crisis. I am struggling with loan repayments, school fees, rent, medical expenses for my elderly parents, and repayments to friends who supported me. The account manager I trusted is now missing and uncontactable, leaving me to suffer alone while the company benefited from my deposits.

This journey started in February 2025, and till today I continue to feel stressed, trapped and hopeless because of how this has been handled. For more than 2 months, I have been chasing IFEX support and Compliance daily for support. Despite being a regulated company, they have stayed silent, denied responsibility, and are now trying to push me toward accepting a token $2,000 ‘goodwill settlement’ — which does not even begin to reflect the scale of my losses caused by their staff’s misguidance and false commitments.

The only reason I trusted IFEX Capital was because they are an FSC-regulated company. That trust has been broken. This is not just about trading risks — it is about misguidance, fabricated charges and abandonment of clients once deposits are made. I am certain I am not the only client who has been treated this way, and I fear many others may be pressured into the same trap.

I have raised this matter with IFEX Compliance and now escalated it to the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius for further investigation.

The only mistake I made was trusting IFEX Capital. If you are considering depositing here, please rethink a hundred times. When you are sitting in a different country and the company suddenly goes unreachable, you are left with no option but to stay stuck, hoping and praying for a resolution that never comes.

Its almost 10 days i am not getting my withdraw. Mainly my Withdraw is blocked by Furqaan H. He insist to talk on call so he can manipulate or do something to cancle withdraw. Now if i am not getting my amount in very short time than soon i will go directly for chargeback without any discussion and very importantly i will file a special case individualy on Furqaan H who is blocking my withdraw.I spoke with him and once he pushed me for deposit of $20,000 i think he has taken money in his own pocket thats way he is stoping my withdraw.
Now he is blaming Zenith Market that they are stoping my withdraw without any reason. Some time they say zenith origin Holding is company some time Zenith market and i started business with ifexcapital this is clear fraud and scam.
Furqaan H you will face consequences for stoping my withdraw.Now i will go for chargeback of whole amount.

Plz don’t deposit any money regarding Ifexcapital . They are using Indian agencies for currency exchange having @**** Enterprises, **** Textiles, *** Footwear , **** medical agencies which is in Ahmedabad , Kolkata , Mumbai, etc. I confirm u very soon all your accounts will be freeze if u have transact with that category accounts. Just wait in few days all proofs will be here. Also those people are not in Cyprus or Meritious . They all are from Pakistan regulating a financial terrosism. This proof also be here with name , place and with other evidences in proper time. I think u should take it seriously.

I invested Rs.630000 INR nearly above 6500 dollars but total lost no business no trading here only collecting and looting the money. They show some figure charts all cheating be care of this company very dangerous

Bitter experience. On the very first day advisor appointed for me speak very politely and try to give some knowledge about trading. Giving some profit by investment using profitable equity. After two three days they ask me to invest more amount for trading in gold sector. But I refuse to invest further more, then they behave slight rudely. Making some tricks that make loss whatever I gain profit in Six/ seven days.
So request all of you please donot go for forex trading with hard earned money. If you have ideal fund then you may proceed. Overall I donot like the company's tricks. Within 15 days I make a profit of $105. But advising me to invest in such a fund where my total profit gone. So don't open any account with Ifexcapital.

what ever Subrat Rout is saying is 100% correct. These people are fraud and cheating the innocent one. Please read the reviews that we are putting before making payments to these cheaters.

Do not loose your money to them. I am also one of the victim like Subrat. They do not respond after liquidating your account. They do not allow you to get your money back once your payment is done.

The reply they give in Trustpilot for your review is also fake. They do not care for your email. They are cheaters.
