Poor communication!

I ordered a 3 in 1 charging station but was informed that they didn't have the UK adapter in stock. I said thats fine, I will order an adapter from elsewhere. I sent them a screen shot of the one I was going to purchase and requested they refund me the cost of the charger to compensate which they agreed to do and asked i confirm that i still wabted the charging station which i replied to immediatepy saying yes I do still want the item and could they please. confirm with me once the partial refund to compensate my additional expense was processed and once the charging station had been dispatched. 1 week later no partial refund and no item, chased them for 3 days, eventually got an email stating they had fully refunded me for the entire item and cancelled the entire order! Impossible to comms with. Lack of understanding clearly which has cost them a sale as I have now purchased the item elsewhere

Great service from iCharger Customer…

Great service from iCharger Customer support. I forgot to put my home address number in the order. Customer support contacted me the same day and asked for the correct number. They processed this immediately in the order which ensured it was still delivered very fast.

And the charger itself…. Very happy with it. Very good quality.
