I ordered a 3 in 1 charging station but was informed that they didn't have the UK adapter in stock. I said thats fine, I will order an adapter from elsewhere. I sent them a screen shot of the one I was going to purchase and requested they refund me the cost of the charger to compensate which they agreed to do and asked i confirm that i still wabted the charging station which i replied to immediatepy saying yes I do still want the item and could they please. confirm with me once the partial refund to compensate my additional expense was processed and once the charging station had been dispatched. 1 week later no partial refund and no item, chased them for 3 days, eventually got an email stating they had fully refunded me for the entire item and cancelled the entire order! Impossible to comms with. Lack of understanding clearly which has cost them a sale as I have now purchased the item elsewhere

Buying the hybrid pro charger was a relatively smooth experience. But trying to reach anyone on the so called "live chat" has been a nightmare!! as of yesterday morning i'm still waiting for a reply to my messages!! absolutely awful customer service.
I have not received my product yet. It's been almost 10 days. I sent mail to iCharger but I got no reply. I have already paid and they were supposed to deliver in 2 days but it's been like 10 days. And now you sending this mail for review.
