Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered an RfN Rally Pro 2026 motorbike from Beyond PEV after the website stated it was in stock with 1–2 days delivery. After a week with no communication whatsoever, we called customer service and were met with excuses — apparently, the delay was the manufacturer’s fault.

After several follow-ups and unanswered emails, Peter from Beyond PEV finally admitted he had no idea when the bike would be available but said he might know more in two weeks’ time. We told him that wasn’t acceptable and that we’d cancel the order if he couldn’t provide a delivery date. Only then did he offer alternative products, admitting he couldn’t actually get the bike we’d ordered — even though the money had already been taken.

We requested a refund, and Peter promised it would be processed within three days. Over a week later, still nothing. When we chased again, he tried to blame Shopify, saying the delay was out of his control. After contacting Shopify ourselves, we discovered that Beyond PEV was responsible for processing the refund, not Shopify. Once we confronted Peter with this, the refund magically appeared the same day — meaning they’d been holding our money for over three weeks.

The customer service was awful, communication was non-existent, and the excuses were endless. Do not use this company. They take your money immediately, provide no updates, and only act when pressured.

Awful customer service and they really…

Awful customer service and they really don’t give a toss. I’ve been told that they will call me Monday. Watch this space…. Better not hold my breath contacted them enough and they really are useless and unhelpful. I’ve waited ages for a bike that turns up not as advertised and incomplete. Would strongly advise you to take business to somewhere that’s wants custom.

Outstanding service

Great communication, answered all my question promptly. Asked for Saturday delivery for Saturday due to a Birthday they managed to get it too me on the Thursday. Arrived safely

Absolutely dreadful experience - Slow dispatching times, wrong order shipped, item not in stock

Absolutely dreadful experience. The order took an unreasonably long time to dispatch, and when it finally arrived, they had sent the wrong (and cheaper) charger. I was charged for delivery despite the issues, and to make matters worse, the item I originally ordered wasn’t even in stock. Customer service was extremely unhelpful throughout. I’ve since reported the matter to the Financial Ombudsman.

Poor service first didn't buy product…

Poor service first didn't buy product they call me and ask trust our company we are laying give as booking charge 1000 and rest of payment done on delivery at your door steps. Apart from that I have paid and next day one person call me directly ask kuchmbe satara Highway pr hu aapki gadi lock charges pay karo 90 mins me delivery krta hu first they always call you on whatsapp calling I don't know

This review is completely false. We have never contacted this individual, nor do we operate any service that involves a “booking fee” or taking payment on delivery. Our processes are clear, secure, and fully documented.

We have reported this review to Trustpilot, yet frustratingly, it remains live despite being demonstrably fake. This highlights the issue with platforms like Trustpilot, where businesses are expected to pay significant fees simply to manage or challenge misinformation—something we refuse to do out of principle. Exactly why more and more businesses have stepped away from trustpilot, as they do nothing to support unless you are paying them.

After purchasing the speedbox 3.4 chip…

After purchasing the speedbox 3.4 chip for my yamaha wabash I received the usual conformation email, and then nothing. After a few days I contacted Beyond PEV by the email link, regarding the estimated delivery. No response. I then called the helpline, several times, and was met with the response that 'I am working remotely, I'll contact my team and get STRAIGHT back to you". Needless to say my call/email was not responded to. After 10 days or so I received the email saying that my product was on its way. A little customer care with what was happening with my order would have been appreciated. Else wise the customer can get anxious on what is happening with their order. Not replying to phone calls after saying that you would is pretty poor in my book, even if it is to report that there is nothing to report!
