We do all of the recruiting, payroll, HR and management of the virtual employees. All virtual employees are college-educated and equipped with the necessary software and hardware to instantly plug into your business. Great English, great work ethic...for 1/3 the cost of an American salary.

I made the jump to get an executive assistant. Found Denis and i-Employee and decided to give them a shot. Recruitment took under a week and then I got started with my assistant Belle. She has been super helpful and made my life a lot easier. The extra value comes from i-employee customer service. I'm constantly getting checked up on and the VA goes through review calls with them multiple times a week. The preventative care to catch things before they muster is super important...I actually didn't realize how important before I went through the process. Reporting daily, I get screenshots of the VA's workday sent to my inbox along with what they worked on for that day. The full transparency and accountability has been huge. I know my investment into a part time VA is being utilized daily, no surprises. Couple months in, so far so good.
I operate two med spa locations and I needed someone to help with front desk duties and decided to go virtual. We hired Chique through I-Employee and we couldn't be happier. She's very thorough and a self-starter. Things get done very efficiently and I'm finally able to breathe. I went through about 4-5 girls here in the States for the role, and it was a disaster. They don't want to work and they don't listen. Turnover rate has been a disaster for me as well. Now I pay less than half the cost of one of my US girls and get a ton more value out of her. I'm happy.

Truly awesome customer service. They took care of me really well. The recruiting process went faster than expected and I got my perfect virtual employee. She's been a rockstar for me. Her job is mainly inbound sales but I keep throwing new things on her plate all the time and she handles it with ease. I'm very thankful to iemployee for helping me with this process and the ongoing support as well. 5 stars

Really easy onboarding! I was given three VERY TALENTED virtual employees to interview. It was truly hard to pick. Starting with our chosen virtual employee this week. I had a lot of confidence moving forward.

We have airbnb rentals in the Seattle area. I was debating getting a virtual assistant from the Philippines for a while, but I had a lot of concerns and reservations about it. As a customer, I've had a lot of terrible customer service interactions with reps who were in other parts of the world. The English was terrible and the accent can be so thick that you legitimately don't even know what they're saying. Awful. I reached out to Iemployee and they did a really good consult for me. They shed light on my worries and hesitancies and I decided to jump in...I'm glad I did. My lovely Maricel has been with me for just short of two months now and I couldn't be more ecstatic about her. She really is my right hand woman now and helps me with a ton. Her English is great and she even has a master's degree (jeez I don't even have a master's degree LOL). If all goes well, I'm hoping to add another part time virtual assistant within a couple months.

Just left this one Google but going to add to here as well. This review is for Asli. Her service was super great. The recruitment process went really well, lasted about 3 days and she said it would take a week. I love people who under-promise and over-deliver. I was a bit picky and wasn't happy with the final candidates Asli picked out for me. I asked them to search further (they were all good but I'm a very particular person and I wanted to make sure I find someone who will be on the same vibe and energy as me). Finally we came across just the perfect person for me. Rizalita has been a pure delight of an assistant for me. Her English is top-notch and don't even let me get started on her personality. Thank you Asli and co., you folks rock!!

I run a gutter cleaning business in PA. This company popped up on my youtube one day. I had no intentions of getting a virtual assistant. Frankly I didn't even what know the heck one did. But I scheduled a call with this company and they walked me through the nuts and bolts of it. The price point is what got me hooked and got me to sign up. He said no contracts and I could cancel whenever, so I went for it. One of the best decisions. I'm not a office guy and I'm needed in the field. My guy in the PHilippines runs all the customer calls and even does my estimates from google maps for me. He does customer reminders, the whole nine. Great investment for me

Great customer service. They seem to be a small business compared to the other bigger brands, but I'm perfectly okay with that if it means I get taken care of. Began the process of recruiting with them today. I was walked through every detail and they answered all of my questions. Happy so far.

I had consults with 3 staffing companies and i-Employee exceeded expectations by far with regards to customer service. Most of the other companies either didn’t answer me or took forever to get back to me. My dedicated manager Asli is super awesome. I get all of my VA’s kpi’s emailed every day and they had my back when I needed to re-recruit (I realized the first VA wasn’t going to be a good fit for me). I didn’t pay anything extra to do that. We’re now 3 months strong and counting and my work load has drastically decreased. Thank you!!
