Ordered a pair of shoes that were both broken after 3 weeks. The company told me that they "seemed to be used" by me, and that they couldn't be better for that price...offered me 30% back and when I said no, they offered me 50%.
Terrible quality and service!!!
BUYER BEWARE! If you plan to buy an expensive electronic from this site just beaware if it breaksdown then consider it broken for good and a crap experience trying to get it fixed. The tablet worked for 4mths and has now been broken for 8mths... Purchased a tablet for around $250 and after 4months use the screen backlight stop working. They said they would send a replacement screen instead and if I got it installed they would refund part of the cost. This was because sending it back and forth would be costly for me and it is just a easy screen replacement they said. The installer i found said it doesnt look like its a screen issue but most likely a motherboard issue but installed it anyways as thats what Hekka said to do. They forgot to send the right cable so had to wait a few more weeks. After that the screen still didnt work and after a bit of back and forth they then said it needs a software update for the screen to work. Did software update and still broken and they ghosting me now after 3 repeated emails for an update. $250 down the drain after 4months use and waiting 8months to get resolved. They still have refunded any of the repair money so more than $250!
Ordered some items as Christmas presents and although I followed the measuring instructions carefully unfortunately, some of the items were incorrect, too big, wrong colour, not as ordered etc.
Tried to return them and was offered a part refund to keep the incorrect items, why would I want to keep something that is no good to me?.
I refused and was told to return them to the company in China.
That was in January 2023. It is now June and I have had an email from the courier today saying my goods are being retuned to me having been rejected when they arrived in China. To add insult to injury I also have to pay extra carriage fees.
Be warned people do NOT use this company.
I have lost money and, I guess, will need to put this down to experience.
Ordered a coat in October. Arrived too short, no labels. Tried to return. Posted it back - no refund received. Today May 2024 parcel returned to me - refused at returns address. Extremely ooor service and quality. AVOaiD

I had ordered a smartphone and waited for a long time to receive it. Eventually, I contacted Hekka via email and they refunded my money. However, after 1.5 months, I finally received my product and returned the refund. Additionally, I requested a discount, and they agreed to it.
Please take care! Although it was a British website and British despatch site, the return centre is China, at your own expense. I ordered a dress which looked nothing like the picture, it was very cheap looking. If you look carefully, the pictures are manipulated. I complained and they refunded me half the cost and the dress went to the charity shop, which was at least something. Their policy and pictures need more open honesty.

I ordered 3 items, of which 1 wasn't sent. The items were too small and lower quality than expected. I contacted them for a return/refund and they said I had to pay for returns or get a voucher. I chose to return my items, which cost me £17. However, it would seem that my package has either gotten lost or they're pretending they didn't receive it. So not only did I not get a refund but I paid £17 extra. It's not worth it, do not buy from the UK!

I bought a mobile pfone "Ulefone Power Armor 18T" almost 30% cheaper than if I would buy it via any other shop in Sweden. Ok, I was waiting for about 1,5 months, but that long delivery time was expected. And I got my phone with all special accessories I purchased in perfect shape as expected.
At first I was doubtful about this company - many negative reviews, but I tried to buy from them anyhow as the discount they gave was huge. And I did not regret. Many thanks for that :)
I am delighted to share my positive experience with Hekka that I recently purchased a dress for my wife from. The entire process was seamless, from browsing the website to finalizing the purchase. The dress arrived promptly, and the packaging was secure and elegant. Most importantly, the dress exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and design, and my wife couldn't be happier with it. I highly recommend this online store to anyone looking for high-quality clothing with exceptional customer service. It is evident that the team behind this store takes great pride in their products and strives to provide an excellent shopping experience for their customers.
I recently stumbled upon Hekka website while searching for a new pair of headphones, and I have to say that I was blown away by the selection and quality of products available.
Not only did I find the exact pair of headphones I was looking for, but I also discovered a whole range of other tech gadgets and accessories that caught my eye. The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and customer reviews that helped me make an informed decision.
What really impressed me, however, was the customer service I received from Hekka. When my order arrived, there was a small issue with the packaging, but when I reached out to their support team, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Hekka website to anyone in search of high-quality, affordable tech gadgets and accessories. Their customer service is top-notch, and their selection of products can't be beaten. I give them a well-deserved 5-star rating and will definitely be returning for all of my future tech needs.
Im totally satisfied with Hekka experience. I ordered Poco x5 pro after one week of waiting I texted the consultant and he replied in a minutes. He said they haven't got any more phones left so they will do them best to ship it as soon as possible and after one more week it arrived. Untill I was waiting i got few discount codes as a compensation of waiting. And Im living in UK it's normal to wait two weeks untill orders arrive from China.
I recently had the pleasure of using hekka.com for my purchase of a POCO X5 Pro 5G Global Version Smartphone. I have to say that I was very impressed with the level of service provided. The product quality was excellent, the delivery was on time, and the pre-sale and after-sale service was impeccable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the website was easy to use and navigate. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order, and I was delighted with the after-sale service I received.
My experience with hekka.com has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality products and excellent customer service
Product faulty after 171 days, offers 20% refund (should be total refund). You get what you pay for if you deal with this mob.
Was also told that rechargeable batteries only last 2-3 months and the dead battery after 2-3 is expected behaviour.

Full refund received after a bit of back and forth but ultimately they did this and communication was prompt. 1 Star now to 3 star
The parcel was never delivered to me, they said its an abnormal address but its a large factory that i receive multiple deliveries to every day, all delivery details were correct. So, the parcel was returned, they never received it back to them so obviously something has gone seriously wrong. They are now complaining they are at a loss and want to give me 50% refund! how is this acceptable. Order: 828261675237078

Know how returns are processed before you order. Order shipped from California, however all return goods are returned to CHINA and all fees, customs expense are be paid by the customer. Shipping outweighs the cost of the return.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst online ordering experiences of my life. I ordered matching sweatshirts for my mom and I to wear for the holidays. Sizing wasn’t quite right, so I decided to return the items in hopes of sizing up.
Problem #1 is that there are no general return instructions, label, or even a phone number to call. You are told to email customer service, so I did.
Problem #2 occurred when I decided to inquire via live chat several days after my return inquiry. It took quite some time for someone to join the chat, and when they did and I was able to explain it had been several days since I’d inquired about a return with no response. I was told that they have “thousands of orders” they’re working on, and that they would pass my info along to someone to follow up.
Problem #3 was that with no word whatsoever after over a week of waiting, I had to email a second time to get anyone to tell me what their return protocol would entail. Finally, after 2 emails and a live chat inquiry, on day 9 they emailed me instructions!
Problem #4 occurred when I packaged everything up, knowing I was responsible for paying return shipping (which I was fine with). The address they told me to mail the package to was somewhere in China, and there were explicit instructions saying packages would ONLY be excepted through the postal service (no FedEx, DHL, etc. and no COD). At the post office, I was informed I’d need to fill out a form for the package to go through customs, so I carefully copied down a long address in Shangdong. I was then informed that the cheapest option for mailing back a package with 2 sweatshirts (worth about $30) would be $61 or $127 for express mail!!! I’d actually LOSE money to send back the shirts! Needless to say I didn’t mail them.
Problem #5 occurred when I read my return instruction email which indicated that if I opted to keep the items, they could offer me a “partial refund” of 20% of the purchase price. When I’d originally read that option, I was confused given that I was returning the items because they didn’t fit! I figured better to recoup 20% than lose money to send them back! I suddenly understood why they offered that as an option! So I emailed back that I would go with that option because it was too expensive to mail the return. I received multiple emails from “mail delivery subsystem” over the next couple of days saying, “delivery incomplete” and that the account I was trying to reach was “over quota” and prompting ME to direct the recipient of my email to Google support!!!!! How?!?! I don’t have a way to reach the company because there’s no phone number and their email inbox is clearly FULL!
Worst online retailer I’ve EVER dealt with!!! I will know now to check that the company isn’t sending items from China since returns may be financially impossible!

Ordered end Nov for Xmas items did not arrive until mid January in 3 separate parcels. The quality was dreadful cheap and nasty and in no way matched that of the pictures on site. One item was shown as a black sequin top.it shows silver sequins round cuffs of sleeves. No way it was a black t-shirt with white blobs on. It was horrendous. I 8feel cheated and the victim of misrepresentation.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hekka. I made a purchase for the Christmas holidays and was promised delivery by Christmas according to the website's indication. However, I was faced with delays and unresponsiveness from customer service after multiple messages asking for refunds.
When the package finally arrived in January, it was marked with the wrong address, due to Hekka's failure to properly fill in my information. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service and resolve the issue, I was met with automated texts and no solution.
To make matters worse, I was informed that the package had been returned and destroyed due to the "wrong address" and that Hekka would not be held responsible or issue a refund. This was completely unacceptable and a result of Hekka's mistakes.
I would not recommend Hekka to anyone and would advise caution when making purchases through this company.
