I initially spoke with Lynsey back in 2024, she gave me really clear guidance regarding next steps needed to get myself into the best position to apply for a mortgage as a sole trader.
Fast forward to June 25, I followed Lynseys guidance and contacted her again to secure a mortgage for me.
