Horrible customer service and false advertisement about their shipping.
I purchased this product 24 days ago. When I track my order it says it's still processing. I asked for a full refund a week ago and was told they couldn't because it was already in transit. As of today (6 days later) still no delivery, tracking number or customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’ve been a customer since 2023. The base dies within 6 months. They’ve done one replacement already. Now I need another one and they’ve not only gave me a fake tracking number but have continued to delay and delay the replacement of the base. You want a cheap razor you’re gonna need to replace every 6 months. This is your product!!! The blade refills alone cost as much as the shaver does so they just lost a very good customer. Save yourself the time and money. Go with freebird. Or spend the extra money on a pitbull. At least the pitbull last a year.
Don't trust this company!
I bought this as a father's day gift. I figured if he didn't like it I could return it. He said it didn't work well. I tried to return it and they told me I didn't have an account with them. Long story short I tried everything to help them find my account # since I didn't have it. Finally gave up. Then replacement blades started showing up. I contacted them right away to find out why I received these. I got no answers and since I didn't know my account number I had not recourse. I told them I wanted to return them and didn't want anymore. I was told I had unknowingly joined a club to receive replacement blades. I asked to be taken off. They assured me I would not receive anymore blades and was taken off the club. I asked for my order or account number since it was obvious they had that to end the club subscription. I was not given it. I question that I wasn't dealing with an AI. I kept getting the same type of responses every time I wrote them. I asked for a phone number and was told there was none.
Well, low and behold I received replacement blades again the next month. Emailed and same run around again. I told them I'm calling my credit card company because this is ridiculous. I did. Capital One is amazing!!!! They blocked my account for me so I couldn't be charged anymore. They went to Groomie and got my money back for both sets of blades. Never again will I trust a company like this. I should have known better taking an ad from the movie theater previews.

I wish I could say zero; this company is just going to clean your bank accounts and claims that you signed up for a monthly bladed replacement when you know you didn’t. They also have no customer service I think it might be a AI customer service they make it impossible for you to cancel it, on their website it will only give you the choice of postponing the next shipment, so trust me it’s not worth the headache. Oh new thing now you can’t dispute because now legally they can automatically do this to you without your consent but when you click buy you automatically did. Just DONT DO IT!

Despite the product being merely mediocre, the really issue with this company is its customer service. First, be aware you are signing up for a subscription service with Groomie that is not always fully transparent when buying this product. I think they hide it on purpose. Secondly, you never receive a order confirmation email or any type of tracking info on your orders. Very annoying. Third, the shipping takes way too long. They love hitting your credit card (like some annuity contract) without sending you any email or correspondence about the charge and it takes you weeks to get the product. I deplore their business practices. Do not do business with these donkeys.
Y’all suck
You in the entire time I’ve had my groomie 2.0 head shaver gotten my order correct twice. Every time I tell you it’s 2 blades every 4 weeks you screw it up. The product is good, your personnel suck at their job. They are all DEI hires. Once it took so long to get a replacement blade I ordered another shaver so I would have a blade. This is ridiculous.

Beware of buying from this company, they say a 60 day money back warranty, BUT that is after you request a refund, wait and wait after 2 additional emails to them requesting the status of my refund they tell me it’s approve AFTER I print out the invoice, shipping label package it up and pay to ship it back, this shaver is no better tnan any other and not worth the trouble

That is one of the most vain and moronic commercials I have ever seen. I mean pretty much all commercials are insanely stupid but yours takes the cake.

I wish I would have read the reviews here BEFORE buying and signing up for a subscription...totally unethical company. Their website doesn't work for returns - you have to contact them directly. Even then, they fight the return the whole way. They said they would cancel my account for me...I couldn't do it on line and, a month later, I get a $29.99 charge for a replacement blade when I had already returned the razor a month ago and cancelled everything...they will find a way to fleece you for every dime. I DID NOT sign up for a replacement blade subscription
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. They automatically sent me a razor that I didn’t request and charged my credit card. Now they won’t pay for return shipping and require that I pay for shipping for an item that I didn’t request. Additional, all customers service is don’t via AI!!! I’ve never been so frustrated and quite frankly angry at a company as I’ve been with Groomie Club.
As I have done SMP treatment I needed to switch from my regular razor, after some research I decided to give Groomie Club and their BaldiePro a chance. I made my order in the beginning of August. After 4 days my order was still not shipped. I reach out to their customer service and after 10 (!) emails back and forth and 3 days speaking with ”Siena AI Assistant” telling me that ”my case has been ecsalated to our management team” I finally get to speak to a human.
7 days after I placed my order they go on telling me my order will be shipped and promise to ship my order with an express service.
I finally get a confirmation that my order has been shipped. To my disappointment they hadn’t, as promised, shipped my order with DHL express. Instead they have shipped my order with DHL Ecommerse, that service has a shipping time of 7-14 days to Sweden.
I reach out yet again, demanding an explanation and compensation for the bad handling of this matter - but I get nothing but an ”I’m sorry and understand your frustration”.
I see that my parcel arrived in Sweden on the 19th of August. After a few days my parcel hadn’t moved so I contacted Swedish postal services. Apparently my parcel is now stuck in customs for a ”manual check up” since Groomie Club didn’t fill out a proper customs declaration.
A few days later I get a bill from the swedish postal service for 370 swedish kronor(about 37 dollars) for tax and duties.
When I ordered it said ”duties and tax included” which it also states on my order confirmation.
It’s now 3 days in since I escalated this matter to Groomie Club, I now demand a full refund.
I still only get answers from the AI Assistant telling me ”my case has been escalated to my management team”.
Listen, I understand things can go wrong and I as a customer accept that not every order I make from different companies are going to go 100% smoothly. What matters to me is how the company choose to solve the issue.
To me what speak volumes about a company is not how they handle things when things go smoothly but rather how things are handled when an issue arise.
Groomie Club has time and time again failed on their promises to turn my bad experience into a good one. Their choice to initially answer emails with an AI assistant instead of real people is a disaster.
AI assistants can work in like chat type of setting, but not for emails.
What I can’t say anything about is how their products perform since I haven’t received and by now do not wish to receive my BaldiePro, I just want my refund and wish that I never have to deal with this incompetent, dishonest and disaster of company again.
So my fellow head shaving brothers and sisters - STAY AWAY!!!!

Went to return within their 60 day guarantee and was told that I purchased at a price which was not included in that offer (never disclosed). Now they are continuing to send me blades for a product I want nothing to do with. Worst purchase I have ever made!!
AI generated customer support responses
I’ve had my Baldie Pro shaver since the first of June 2025 and have no issues with the shaver itself. When the time came to order replacement blades, Groomie Club generated an order in 7/30/2025 and charged my card for the replacement blades. As of today, August 24th, they have still not shipped my blades. I’ve been going back and forth with their AI generated responses for a week now and still can’t get a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Trust me, this is not a company you want to do business with! I don’t understand their business model. They appear to have a decent product but instead of supporting their customers, they choose keep my $24 and have me toss my shaver that I’m happy with so far and never order from them again.

Total scam! I placed my order and did not sign up for any subscription. A few months later, they sent me blades and I got charged for it. I tryed to contact them, send multiple emails because there is no phone number to call. and nothing. They keep sending me all these bogus links to "cancel". crooks
It does not work as advertised
It does not work as advertised. I would press down hard to try and get it cut. It does not shave your head bald like the ads shows. I went in circles, right, left, back and forth it does not cut just scrape your hair. I tried to cancel the shipment of blades but the site gave me the run around. I got shipment wanted to return it but I have to pay to return the item so I will just throw the entire set up away. If I could give it a zero I would.
The head replacement is a joke
The head replacement is a joke. I was expecting a whole head replacement as advertised—the Groomie Pro 2.0. They charged me for the blade refill, but never sent it. What a joke. Of course, I canceled my subscription and got a refund. Now I am stuck with a razor I cannot use.
Bought the Groomie
Bought the Groomie, was all set to use it, but guess what , it didn't come with at least a charging cable, so I said That sucks, so bought the Charging dock for $19.95, guess what A second time, NO Charging cable... Nickeling and dime(ing), the customer??
Their before shaving, after shaving are ok, except this time small bottles, that only the tsa would approve of, because of its size..because the cost, wow.. it must have gold flakes mixed in the liquid/ Stuff..
Have not tried shaving with it yet, afraid that it will run out of power, and that would be a trifecta on the suck, before I finish shaving..so waiting for the cradle So buy it at your risk, and possible disappointment...

They are fleecing their customers. Total run around, unfair practices (signing you up for replacement blades on schedule even if you did not explicitly approve. Even after contacting them and cancelling - they keep sending blades and charging. NO customer service - seems all AI generated. STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY GROOMIE (doesn't work as well as they say anyway - total waste of $$$$)
