Received very good service during a very high-pressure time for this mortgage company. Since closing costs were very reasonable, we chose to refinance our mortgage for a lower interest rate even though we had had our original mortgage only 6 months. Thanks!

Kevin was very thorough, informative, and patient throughout my refinance process, which spanned several months due to the pandemic. Despite the upheaval caused by the pandemic, Kevin helped me secure a refinance on my Co-op apartment mortgage with an interest rate over 1% lower than my original mortgage, which will save a lot of money over time. The best part is that I was able to refinance and also keep the time equity I built up during my previous mortgage - meaning that I don't have to start over at "year zero."

Kevin Leibowitz is the experienced professional everyone needs. I have trusted him twice - with our purchase and refinance, now. Kevin has a vast knowledge of mortgage products. He will connect the borrower with the best loan at the lowest price for their needs. Kevin is extremely responsive, quickly returning emails, often within minutes. Sometimes problems arise in the lending process, but they were dealt with right away. I encourage anyone shopping for a mortgage to at least give Kevin a call. He will explain your options in an easily understandable manner.You will be convinced that he is looking out for your best interests and will save you money.

Kevin was professional, experienced, and transparent. When there was a time to make a decision, he would take the time to walk us through his line of thought. It takes patience and additional work to help your client understand why a recommendation is made, especially when the client knows so little about mortgages (like us!). More often than not, we went with his experienced suggestions, but was equally supportive if we made a different decision--he genuinely has the client's best interest in mind!

Could not have gone better. Kevin is a solid guy and a pro through and through. He couldn't be nicer. Also, he got me the best rate out there. Would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him for any mortgage needs you may have. One more thing...he always answered the phone when i called and was super patient with me. No question was too small and he always took his time to fully explain everything. No pressure and just an overall pleasant experience.

Great price with honest & reliable service produced a wonderful experience.
I write this because there were no surprises, it was very easy to save $450mo on my refinance, and I feel it may have taken 10-15min of my time.
I shopped and I know I got a great rate and the costs were lower as well. Kevin knows what he is doing and beats the competition at their own game. personal service, low overhead, and give the benefits to your customers.
