I have been using go forth for 5 years now and couldn,t be happier with there service(Doug)

Go-Forth Pest & Lawn have outstanding Customer Service. That is a rarity these days. In addition to calling you in advance regarding one of their technicians coming to your home, they actually ask if it is convenient. If you need additional service between treatments, they respond immediately. I highly recommend Go-Forth Pest & Lawn to anyone that wants exceptional service with real customer service!

Staff works hard to get the job(s) done right, especially compared to their competitors. Price is competitive.

I have been a customer of Go-Forth Pest & Lawn for more than 15 years and have always had great service from their company. Paul has been my service provider for many of those years and he always answers any questions that I have and performs the quarterly service at my convenience.

Very informative, professional, and friendly

I was really disappointed when I found out Tyler sold Elium Pest Co. I had been with Elium when his dad owned it & before Tyler was even born. I had always felt very confident they were doing the best job for the best price with me being the most important customer. Then my son went to school with Tyler & I was really impressed with the fine young man he was & was trilled he had taken over his dad business. So when I found out he sold out I was very disappointed. I felt he would always be my bug man & I would always have the best possible job done. I had seen Tyler at a restaurant one day & told him my disappointment & he told me you would be good to me to give you a try & He was right. It only took one visit with the new company & I felt much better. I have only had a few visits with you so far but am very hopeful that you can measure up to the fine, honest, prompt, caring, kind & friendly, respectable business that I have been so use to with Tyler & his dad. Sometimes a small business is more personal & I really liked that about Elium, & I have so far gotten that same feeling with this new larger company. I hope that we have many years of feeling that I am as important to you as you can be to me & I am really excited with what experiences I have had this far & hope we have a long great relationship!!

Go-Forth was originally hired to get rid of a pretty extensive ant problem. I have subsequently purchased lawn/weed care and termite protection. All products are very effective and the Go-Forth technicians are all courteous, professional and informative. No reservations in recommending them, especially when benchmarked against other companies used for the same services.

My technician is flexible on scheduling and does a great job.
He's always asking if or what troubles we're having and describes what he is going to do.

My service has always been done by the same person so I have been able to build confidence for knowing what to expect. The serviceman is personable, but more importantly excellent at his job. I can ask questions and know about my service. He is not intrusive, but does the job well and leaves a notice. I have been pleased with the results too. This is a company with a hometown feel, but professional service. I am totally satisfied.

Conscientious field technicians that address issues when they arise. Customer service promptly addressed an issue I had with billing.

I like the product. Justin was great.
Once Justin was no longer the person servicing my property, things went downhill. I had originally told him that I wanted to be present when the termite baits were checked. I wasn't. I never got a report about them. The office staff said they hadn't been completed and turned in. The tech said they had. So I don't know who to believe. I spent considerable money on the bait system. I truly believe that I should have had a courtesy phone call,email or letter setting a time when I could be here to watch the bait being checked. None of that occurred. . When I called, I got friction from the office staff about sending out a tech to show me the bait traps. When the tech arrived, he wasn't eager to show me all of them. So I don't know if they were all replaced or not. Being here to see the bait traps when they were checked was a huge deal to me. I liked the GoForth product. I liked Justin. I felt he was doing his job. Past that, I feel like I can not trust anyone at GoForth.

I do quarterly service, they come, do what needs to be done, leave me a copy of the bill and are on their way. Always pleasant and friendly.

Paul has been my tech from day one. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I have dogs and he make sure I put them in the house if they are in the yard before he starts to spray. That is very important to me.
He calls and sets up a time and is always on time.
