SCAM COMPANY - AVOID
Ordered from their website before checking the reviews. Update on website regarding delivery delays due to COVID so looked genuine. Item has not been delivered. They do not respond to emails and the mobile number they have provided is disconnected. Have escalated to get my money back through paypal. They responded to paypal to state shipped by royal mail 2nd class. Still nothing received, ordered 6 weeks ago, so waiting on paypal to make a decision.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered balloons for my wedding. Took payment via payment sense order never arrived, phone number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. I will have to try and claim the money back via bank. This web site looks legit and is still live but dont be fooled like I was!
