I am very disappointed with the GET YOUR GOO*GETGOODS service. I returned the product I ordered 1 month ago in its original condition and received a confirmation of receipt from them. Despite my repeated reminders, they systematically replied that the product had not arrived. They reply from Germany, whereas the product was returned to an address indicated by themselves from their stock in the customer's country.
For a while now, they haven't even been replying to emails. I have not been reimbursed to date.
Deplorable service at best, probably a scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!

I placed an order with GetGoods on March 19 and was impressed that the package arrived as early as March 20 – it couldn’t have been faster! Payment via PayPal was absolutely smooth, and the entire ordering process was hassle-free.

The Lego set was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Our son was thrilled with the speedy delivery. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I will definitely order again!

Classic buying process, not very fast shipping, the package was refused by the parcel relay and returned to Get Goods so I had to buy the item again (the price had risen in-between), chose a different relay and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it and that's when I understood why it was refused the first time: instead of writing my name on the package, they wrote "UPS Access Point".

takes 7 days. receive product, 3 out of the 4 components missing. need to resend original package. need to use printing service for return label. need to deliver package. need to wait another week for simple drilling machine?

Good price, prompt delivery. Can you ask for anything more?

After some trouble placing my order through the Internet, but getting help with that from the service desk, my order was delivered extremely fast (from Germany to France). So, I'm very pleased with that.

The price was good, the products are OK; but the packaging is very very bad. They do just a bad job; I was luck nothing was falling out the much to big and wrongly packed box. They are asking for problems, what will waste my time.

First time order, a bit hesitant. Communication was excellent, delivery time would have been very good (except for using UPS - they never deliver on time, they say they will deliver and then at literally last-minute they say sorry there’s a technical reason for non-delivery), or they lose things.
I got what I wanted for a great price, and very happy overall with the experience. I would use this site again.

For those who care about what scale the Playmobil CITROËN 2CV is manufactured to, my own calculations come about 1/17 scale (Maßtab ≈ 1/17).
