I love fresha. I had been waiting for a system like this for many years & finally it came around a few years ago. So practical user friendly and fairly priced. Their customer care is fantastic too, this time I was helped by Elhami, and as always super efficient and helpful.

I've been using Fresha for two years…
I've been using Fresha for two years and hadn't had many problems with the site other than not being able to add more information on SMS reminder messages that I pay for per client.
Then recently I just got notifications coming through that we are now going to have to subscribe £14.95 a month to continue using their site and so my account will not be deleted. I already pay £6 a month for SMS reminder messages so with this payment on top it'll be over £20 which is a very big difference for a small single person business. I'm extremely disappointed that they haven't added an option to continue on the pay as you go version that I currently use. If it meant I didn't get to receive the marketing emails and 24/7 support, I would be completely fine with that as I have used neither in two years anyway. I will now be looking for an alternate option to fit in with my monthly budget for outgoings.

Brilliant service from Hatmone at Fresha
I'd managed to set up 2 accounts under the same email (my mistake), which made it very difficult to make changes to the main account. Hatmone provided excellent and clear support, guiding me through the process and taking time to understand my problem. Really first rate, high quality service and I felt supported throughout. So refreshing not to be dealing with a chatbot or IA.
