You can ride all day
This is one of the best bikes on the market. Freesky makes some great bikes. I purchased the Swift horse pro and I tell you it’s fast and the battery life is off the chart I weigh about 300 pounds and I’ve driven it 60 miles and I still have half the battery life still in the battery off my first charge so if you’re looking for long battery life a long ride the Swift horse pro is the way to go. It’s such a great bike. I bought my wife one. I purchased my wife the wildcat pro it should arrive in a few days and we’re gonna be out riding all day or at least until we get tired of riding. We ride about 25 miles a day on the weekends and I’ve only charged my bike once and I’ve written it four days. My first bike. I could only ride it maybe 20 miles and I had to go home and put it on charge, but not with this one it lives up to the hype and it has the power to climb hills with no effort so as I said, if you’re looking for a bike with great battery life, great hill, climbing abilities get a Freesky bike.

Very happy with my purchase
The bike performs great so far. I use it primarily as a commuter bike to work which is about a 30-minute ride each way. The 20 mph cruise control is probably what I love the most. I purchased a couple upgrade items. One is the extension to bring the handle bars up a few inches. I'm 6' 1", and it made a good improvement to my ride position. The second upgrade I just ordered. The original rear suspension is really tight, rated for 1000 lbs, and not adjustable. I decided to try a replacement air suspension to see if that will give me a less bouncy ride. Support has been very good. One of the plastic wheel reflectors were broke during shipping and they sent a replacement. And working with them on the upgrades has been a pleasure as well. I highly recommend this bike if you are looking for something that is well made, has good power, and a long battery range.

I've had my Freesky Swift Horse for just over two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve made.
With over 2,000 miles on the odometer, this bike has proven itself in just about every setting you can imagine --- from city streets and suburban roads to rural highways, hiking trails, and off-road adventures. It’s handled them all like a real winner.
Performance-wise, the Swift Horse is very fast and especially impressive when it comes to climbing hills ---one of the main reasons I chose it. Whether cruising through traffic or tackling a steep incline, the power and smooth ride have never let me down.
The thumb throttle works fine, but I do wish Freesky would offer a wrist throttle as an optional upgrade. I personally prefer that setup and would love to see it as a choice in the future.
The only real issue I’ve had was with the original tires. I ended up with three flats in a two-month stretch, which was frustrating --- especially given I mostly ride in suburban areas. A few months later, I swapped them out for puncture-resistant tires, and since then, no problems.
Overall, this has been a reliable, high-performing eBike that continues to impress me. I've been trying to talk my wife into getting one for herself which I'm sure is saying a lot when it comes to how satisfied I've been.

Freesky Warrior Pro M-530
I Purchased my Freesky Warrior Pro M-530 e-bike a week ago, and received it five days later. This is my first experience with e-bikes, although I had been researching for months, comparing many many bikes, and everything I had learned led me to Freesky. Value, quality, looks…. support. I checked them all out and compared. Freesky checked more boxes off on my wishlist than anyone else.
Was a little nervous upon arrival as the box had extensive damages from shipping that had been taped up. (No fault of Freesky’, the shipping company is just lacking IMO. The packaging is very well put together and even has handles built in.) Upon opening the box and inspecting the contents however, it was great to see that no damage had occurred and nothing was missing as everything was VERY well packed and protected inside.
I had already read the manual SEVERAL times before and after I purchased, so I was quite familiar with everthing and assembly was fairly straightforward with the included tool kit being handy. **I was surprised and happy to find that my Warrior had come with the rear/brake/turn signal light, as it wasn’t mentioned in the online manual or description, and I had only heard that future models would be getting them. Great addition, tho… and a much needed safety tool for night-time riding.
Initially, I just took the bike itself for a quick ride to get the feel of the bike. (This is also my first ‘fat-tire’ bike.) It felt nice and smooth, much as I’d expected. Next up was putting in the battery, and trying this new-to-me e-bike experience. Of course, I started with PAS1, and was pleasantly surprised by the response and power of the motor(only rear motor activated). I quickly became curious, and began exploring the other settings. By PAS5, I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face!!! WOW. Even my Dad, who is 81 and was watching from the porch, was quite impressed. We also shared the same sentiment that Freesky obviously makes a quality product, both aesthetically and mechanically, and most importantly… backs up their product. Can’t beat that.
Also very important to mention about Freesky would be that the customer support team is A number 1. I’d like to give a huge shout out to their team, and in particular my newest and bestest friend Chloe, plus everyone else at Freesky a big Thank You for all the help before, during and after my purchase! I’m extremely happy with Warrior Pro so far, and would highly recommend others to check out Freesky… you will not be disappointed.
Thanks to Freesky, Chloe and the whole team for making this guy’s 55th birthday the best I’ve had in years. I feel like a kid again(I even joked to my Pops that he should have held on to the seat when I was taking off like he had when I had gotten my very first bicycle so many moons ago😁).

Wildcat Pro A340
Ordered 2 Wildcat Pro A340’s for my wife and myself to do mostly around town riding. Shipments came at 2 different times but within a couple days of each other after a pre-order. The pre-order date of delivery was very accurate. The first bike received was well packed and took about an hour to assemble. The second bike received looked to have a damaged box upon receipt. It looked like the box had fallen over during shipping and had been run over by a fork lift since there was an imprint of a tire on the box. Upon internal inspection, I found the handlebar stem connector crushed. I contacted Freesky support and sent a picture of the damage. They were very apologetic and said they would forward me a new handlebar stem. After receiving the new handlebar stem, I found a manufacturing defect in the new piece being that there we’re screws to tighten it around the stem, but no slit in the stem, thus no way for it to tighten. Neither of these issues were major, just a matter of not being able to use the bike. Again, Freesky support was very apologetic as to my faulty part. I had gone to a local bike shop and purchased a new handlebar stem connector so the bike was now operational. Freesky support acknowledged my purchase of the part locally and sent me 2 rear cargo baskets for my trouble. Very generous. Once again support followed up wanting to know if I was satisfied. Took our first 2 rides this weekend and was very impressed with the bikes. Everyone who looks at the bikes can’t believe the price for the quality of bike. These bikes are monsters and well put together. We had other e-bikes before which did not have suspension and they kind of beat us up, but the new Wildcats are very smooth with the full suspension and big tires. Took the 2 rides of about 20 miles each and the batteries are still at maximum. Very impressed with the performance of the bike and support service. I’m recommending the bikes to my friends.

Following a problem with my Freesky Alaska Pro bike, I had to contact technical support! I spoke with Horlan who guided me to try to resolve the problem and was very keen to find solutions as quickly as possible! Note that he responded to all my emails very quickly! His explanations were very clear with the steps to follow to get my bike back up and running quickly. Then Horlan informed me that he will send me the necessary parts under warranty as soon as possible! Impeccable service! Thank you Freesky, whom I highly recommend!

Great warranty service!
My Swift Horse has been trouble free for 2500 miles before the frame broke. I was very impressed with the way the problem was handled. I sent a few pictures of the break, and a new part was on the way. Freesky did it right! Thank you all very much.

I've had my Swift Horse bike for almost a year and can say the bike is very well made and stands up to the beating I put on it mountain biking. Further, any issues I have had with the bike (mainly due to my hardcore riding style) have been addressed by the customer service team immediately. I have been working with Ande since I got the bike early on and he's literally a text message away to help me with any questions I have. He also sends me detailed videos on how to change parts when required so I can fix the bike myself. The customer service provided by Ande and team is the best I have ever had in any industry. He's like a reliable friend! I tell everybody about Freesky. You can't go wrong if you want a bike that will take a beating, is very reliable and has a great customer service team that stands by their product.
