Intuitive website to create your own photobook

I used fotofabriek to make a photo book as a gift for my parents.
I really liked the website provided by fotofabriek to design your own album. Very easy to use with alot of samples. There are many varieties of photobooks we can choose from.
I needed the photo book to be delivered in a day as my parents were traveling back. I used the speed delivery option on Friday and had very little hopes as I put the order at 15:30. Couldn’t believe it when we actually received the photo book on Saturday 😃
Quality of the photos is really good, exactly how I designed it.
Overall, very happy with the service provided by fotofabriek and it helped to preserve my parents memories in a beautiful way 😊 Thank you!

Happy with all of my orders so far.

I have ordered 12+ products, usually photo mugs, over the year and was never disappointed so far. Prices are good. The only thing is that your order can sometimes arrive 1 day later than expected.

Good quality of printing, fast delivery.

I used Hema to print my Christimas card until this year. For some reason, Hema's photo editor just could not read my photo.
So I googled and found foto fabriek.

Their photo editor was OK to use.
I sent in the order on Sunday Dec 8 5pm.
They mentioned it likely to be delayed due to Festival season.
I recevied the print on Wed Dec 11.
The printing quality is very good, clear and the right colour with matt finishing.

I chose the "enkele kaart" without envelop. (It is a postcard format, which you can post directly.) The price per card is about the same with Hema. Just that Hema includes the envelop.

Avoid this company if you need reliable delivery time

I’ve had an disappointing experience with Fotofabriek—not just once, but consistently. Their service issues seem to be structural, not occasional.

Some time ago, I ordered a photo album with them, which arrived three days after the promised delivery date. I let it slide, assuming it was a one-time incident.

I was wrong. A few weeks ago, I ordered another album, which turned out to be an even bigger letdown. Their stated cut-off for printing was noon, and while I placed my order at 12:30PM, I paid extra for both expedited processing and a fast courier delivery, assuming this would ensure timely printing and delivery. I even emailed them to confirm I’d receive it by Thursday. But there was absolutely no response from their side.

By Tuesday, I noticed my album still hadn’t been printed. I reached out to customer service again—still nothing. I saw on their website that my delivery was supposedly scheduled for Wednesday, but it never arrived. Another email pf mine Wednesday was never answered. Thursday came and went without any delivery. I emailed customer service again, with no response again. I ultimately had to leave on Friday morning without the promsided photo album I’d paid extra for to receive sooner on time.

Adding to the frustration, it finally arrived Saturday, not by the private courier I’d paid for, but by regular PostNL service. I was expecting it by Thursday, especially given the added fees for expedited processing and a private courier.

After the countless mail I sent afterwards, I finally got an response where they offered to return the costs for expedited process. But it was not enough, then I had to complain again and they offered to pay the money back. But that doesn't make acceptable how Fotofabriek keeps failing to deliver on their advertised timelines. If you cannot deliver on time, okay. But don't advertise with it. Many other online printing services provide comparable quality photo albums but are at least transparent about their delivery estimates, AND have responsive customer service, being able to respond in few days. Fotofabriek, however, is fooling you with delivery times and even charges higher prices for it.

The fact that you did not receive a reply to your e-mails, and when you did it was not the correct reply is also not acceptable, and I regret the way the communication happened. Smooth software, great final result

Had a nice holiday in Italy with friends. Took lots of photos with y sony A7r3, sony rx100 and mobile phone and decided to put a selection in a hardcover album. I did have previous experience with Albelli albums, but abandoned the making of a photobook because it was such a tedious job.
But I decided to give it another go with Fotofabriek. I was amazed by the ease of working and the final result. The software worked phantastic very smooth it clearly indicates if your image resolution is enough and it works very much similar to windows key commands. Today they delivered the "spiraal A4 Staand with 14 extra pagina' in Premium Mat". We were stunned by the quality.
Thanks Fotofabriek for delivering such a great job. Highly recommended for everybody with (holiday) pictures.

Amazing service and high quality photo albums

Just ordered my 4th photo album with Fotofabriek and cannot wait for it to be delivered!

Started making year based albums -instead of just holiday albums- just so I can order more :)

For me they have not just given me the best service compared to other print companies, but the best service in general!

absolutely stunning

I just received my photobook and it's absolutely stunning. All colors are right, everything printed sharply and correctly. My book has 178 pages and there was no issue with printing this amount. Very satisfied.

bad experience Fotofabriek

the photoalbum we received is different than the results shown in the editor- we chatted with the company and in the middle of the chat the girl disconnected us and we couldn't chat anymore- we send an email and till no reply after a week! we now paid 140 euro for a bad product and the company gives no reaction

Great company and service!

Great company and service!
We designed and printed 100 copies of a book with recipes and pictures with fotofabriek. The online tool was really handy and had a lot of fun pictures to use. Customer support was great, delivery went really fast and the end result was stunning.

Would definitely recommend it!
