Bag never arrived.
Ordered a bag nearly 4 weeks ago with a 10 business day delivery time. It never arrived. They charged my card. I’ve sent 5-6 emails to the same address after two weeks of waiting. Two of them bounced back as no address exists. Kinda feel like they are a scam company.

The design is good, but the product is not durable. The pocket for the phone has a clip, which has almost broken down after 6 months of using the Personal Flex Bag 2.0. I don't recommend it.

I bought two of these Flexbags (one for me and one for a friend) and after using my bag a short while, the top zipper broke apart. I really enjoyed using the bag, so I contacted customer service and reported the issue. They asked me to send a photo of the broken zipper, and after doing so, a replacement bag has been shipped to me no charge. That is great customer service and a solid way of standing behind your product. The bag is fantastic for traveling and walking my dog, or just doing errands when a smaller, safe bag is desired.

Item smells horrible straight out of the bag and company does not offer returns, only a partial. Ridiculous! Item is extremely cheap synthetic material and gave off a headache inducing scent. Do not buy.

Getting in touch with Customer Service (Ella) is really what made my experience. She went out of her way to ensure I got to order exactly what I was looking for. Ella was top shelf professional and a pleasure to deal with on line......from ordering thru to delivery. Although i'm retired from a 30 yr. Policing career, personal security is still a big deal, especially when travelling with my wife. Flex 2.0 clearly meets my security needs and expectations. Quality and durability of workmanship and stealth on 2.0 is highly impressive. Special thanks to the designers as well.

Very disappointed that the bag began to fray and fall apart within two weeks of use. Surprised and disappointed that the company didn’t live up to its “Ironclad Guarantee”. They refused to take responsibility and then, after I wrote a critique, they offered me $5 USD. I DO NOT recommend this product!
Great products and customer service
Let me start off by saying that their bags are amazing! For traveling, festivals or parties in general. I received my order with one extra piece missing, but the customer service was amazing. They were super helpful and sent me the missing part. I know they made a shippig error, but they handled the situation wonderfully.
Bag is perfect
Bag is perfect, exactly what I wanted for travelling - holds phone, kindle, sunglasses, passport, etc with ease, fits very comfortably on my body, is light and easy to wear. Had a small issue with local courier, and contacted the company. They couldn’t have been more helpful, it was a pleasure doing business with them.
Nice bag
Took a little longer to arrive than expected, but it’s a great bag. The only thing it’s missing - which is surprising given how well designed it is - is a buckle/clasp/clip on the strap. Without one, it means I have to take my coat off to take the bag off every time I go through security which is annoying. Thankfully, I have a spare clip from an old bag and can add it myself.

WHEN WE RETURNED AND I TRIED TO RETURN IT, THEY FIRST SAID IT ONLY COULD BE RETURNED 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE AND ONLY IF IT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. AFTER I SHOWED THEM THEIR 30 DAY GUARANTEE, THEY AGREED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT AS LONG AS I TOOK PICTURES OF IT STILL IN THE BAG AND UNUSED, WHICH I DID. ONLY THEN DID THEY SEND ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN IT AT MY EXPENSE. THE COST TO SEND IT IN A FLAT RATE USPS ENVELOPE WAS $70.00US. OBVIOUSLY, I AM NOT RETURNING IT. WHAT A RIP OFF.
