I cannot recommend this brand or its products. The bag looks beautiful but the strap is falling apart after only a few months of gentle use. Customer service did not want to offer me any type of compensation. They wrote: “However, we’re unable to cover damage resulting from wear and tear due to usage—especially since the item was delivered nearly three months ago.” Meaning they clearly did not expect the bag to last much longer than a few months. Thus, I am extremely disappointed by the bag’s quality and the customer service I received, and can thus sadly only warn against buying their products.

Got my first bag in less than a week and I was so impressed I immediately ordered another. The quality is incredible for the price and the design is just chefs kiss. Everything went well and I’m really happy with the whole experience

I ordered 3 bags from this brand and unfortunately I didn't receive one of the designs I ordered and I received a wrong bag. Support told me that I could keep it for free and there was no need to return it! I ended up getting a free bag and they sent the missing bag right away!! Now I have 4 bags for the price of 3 I love it. Will definitely buy some summer colors soon!!

I received my package really fast in only 6 days but it had a huge cut!! even the bag had a huge cut like if someone cut it with a knife. I sent an email to support and they quickly replied and explained that sometimes customs inspects the packages and they unfortunately cut the packages to see inside. Audum's support quickly sent me a bag replacement at no extra cost and they even included a free gift for the unfortunate situation. I am definitely buying again! top tier!

the bags from this brand are absotultely stunning! I already own 5 bags and I've had them since last year. The details are so well finished, and you can really tell the materials are high quality... They have bags for every ocassion so they are perfect for everyday use, but it also has an elegant vibe that makes it great for more formal occasions too. I have two bags for work and I can fit my 13" Macbook, two clutches for parties and my ava mini bag for everyday use. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure and pretty. I totally recommend it if you’re looking for something that’s both stylish and practical!

I regret buying from this brand. The bag I received was poor quality and absolutely not worth the price. But the worst part? They completely hide the fact that if you want to return the product, you have to ship it back to China at your own cost — and that cost is actually more than the price of the bag itself.
