As a buyer for a property marketed by Flexi Agent, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property was advertised as “fully refurbished” and “move-in ready”, yet an independent survey revealed multiple urgent and structural issues requiring immediate attention before completion.

When I raised these concerns, the branch manager responded with a false and inappropriate claim that I had previously expressed interest in the property and commissioned works — which is completely untrue. Rather than acknowledging the misleading description, the response was defensive and dismissive with a thinly veiled threat that the sellers could seek to recoup costs for the imaginary works I commissioned before the property was on the market with Flexi Agent.

Buyers should be cautious — the marketing was not accurate, and the handling of my complaint was deeply unprofessional. I have since referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.

Flexi agent sold our house for us and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As well as being extremely competitive they were professional and most importantly pleasant and amicable to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.

Julie Kirwin sales negotiator is absolutely fantastic, works hard for client, listens, cares and goes over and above any other estate agent I have had the pleasure to meet, she is ahead of her game and has helped no end in the process of selling my property, nothing is too much trouble for her and I can not thank her enough for understanding and supporting me through the process.

Had a nightmare at first with my buyer’s buyer pulling out of the chain, however Julie relisted the property and had it resold within 3 days for the same price. Really reassuring service from her in what is obviously a stressful experience!
