Firedog is incredible. They are the only internet and tv service that goes far and beyond for customer service and what a superior internet. Their internet is by far faster and more reliable. The channels they offer is incredible. All the channels from sports, news, and movie channels to include HBO, Showtime, encode and cinema. Large capacity for recording and eady to go back several weeks and watch something I missed to recording. As far as customer service they respond quickly with 24 hours service. All employees are treated like family. I was on the hoa board and one of the residents had terminal cancer, he wanted a western channel, they had it on the full time channel lineup the next day. I can't believe I an talking good about an internet company but they make it so easy. I recommend Firedog to everyone. Far superior to all other companies.

The product and service is great. The best TV and internet we have ever had. Tech's are great as well and very courteous. Highly reccomend.

I had a bit of skepticism at first because I'd never heard of them. But Fire Dog has turned out to be one of the most dependable ISPs I’ve used. Smooth onboarding too.

My TV streaming, laptop, and phone can all run at once without a hiccup. The Wi-Fi signal even reaches out to the balcony. Pretty impressive.

Fire Dog just works. I almost never write reviews, but after months of stress-free internet, I figured they deserve a shout-out. Keep it up!

As someone who games a lot online, latency is a big deal for me. Fire Dog delivers. It’s fast, stable, and hasn’t dropped once.

Overall a great experience. Way better than the last provider we had.

We’ve had Fire Dog for almost a year now and it’s been rock solid. The upload speeds are especially good, which matters a lot for my partner’s video calls.

My condo building switched to Fire Dog a few months ago, and honestly, it’s been a huge improvement. Solid speeds and quick customer service when I had a setup question.

These guys have certainly gone above and beyond to solve my issues. They have kept me informed every step of the way also and worked around my schedule. Their customer service is next level for sure and the field team is professional and knowledgeable.

Update June 30th: I increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars after speaking with leadership at Firedog. They implemented a status page (status.firedogssc.com) and are working toward tying this to the most recent operational update so customers will know what happened, what area is affected, and most important get an estimated time of repair. This is a big improvement and I was impressed that C.W. at Firedog reached out and said he was going to help make this right. I look forward to continued improvement.

April 23: Major outage in Panama City Beach lasting 24hours on April 23rd. Their support center had no idea what root cause was or an ETR.

For me, having a steady and quick internet connection is essential because I work from home full-time. My expectations have been exceeded by Fire Dog. My video calls are very clear, and there are no lags even when I have several devices connected. The speed remains constant throughout the day. Also, if you ever need help, it's simple to get in touch with their support staff. Well worth every cent!

It is undeniable that Fire Dog SSC has now become my first choice for its unbeatable 4K picture quality and uninterrupted video playback. I am a paying user and I can easily play all the movies I want without having to deal with some lag or slow buffer. From the start, it has been a high-quality streaming service consistently. Consequently, it becomes a justified subscription fee charge.

When I examined the streaming, my suspicion was confirmed in a sense, but Fire Dog SSC was the one that changed my mind. 4K is the standard number of colors on an image so a fourfold picture can carry what sixteen-fold ones do. This one is unlike others it does not create lags or buffers, which are common on so many streaming platforms. I must point out that these are the aspects that make me believe I will remain a satisfied customer by paying an acceptable fee.

I am aware of high-quality Fire Dog SSC streaming issues, so I can ask you to believe that the company has accomplished its goals. The 4K resolution is one of the most powerful ones among the screenmakers and one feels completely submerged in the video. I have joined it myself to the paid subscription and I have not experienced any lag or buffer in the 10 days of my existence as a result of this, thus I can tell you whether you make a good choice or not.

My streaming game got a new shot after the introduction of Fire Dog SSC. The true 4K resolution is mindblowing, and it brings movies and shows to life with vibrant visuals. I, myself, do not find the paywall irritating, due to the service offering, which gives you a still-free way to enjoy your movies without buffering or playback delays. All of my playback problems are now handled and I can now watch without breaks.

This is my go-to streaming service, and I have to say it has not failed to impress. The 4K streaming quality is really good, so a person can see crystal-clear images. Also, I could see my subscription fee paid for me via the smooth move in and out of my video that did not experience any lag or buffer.

I was at first reluctant to make the switch from my former carrier, but Dog Fire surpassed my expectations in every regard. The speed is always very high, and I have never experienced any crashing. I have been able to game, stream, and work from home without any disruption, and it has been magnificent. Besides, their awesome customer service makes me feel you are the one who should be thanked for such a move. Such a wise decision!
