E28R v2.0 - good quality, prompt delivery, small and relatively light weight as required and appears to give the advertised light output. Overall just the job.

I purchased a torch from fenixtorch 9 years ago. Last week it stopped working after use on 12 hour shifts 4 times a week. I contacted customer support at fenixtorch to ask if they do repairs/if there would be any warranty.

I received an email within an hour or two with instructions on how to fix my torch as well as how to do some general maintenance.

I would have purchased a new torch from them however despite losing a sale they have kept my torch going hopefully for another 9 years.

Great torch, super bright. On a recent night run only 2 runners’ torches lasted the whole run: both Fenix HMR-T 65 v2. Quick delivery, too. Highly recommend.

Good experience using Fenixtorch. Site well laid out with information to hand that I needed. Easy to navigate through the purchase process and shipping was prompt and reliable.

Fast dispatch, and this light is a great addition to my bike setup. Love being able to fit it under my garmin mount. Have had several lights from Fenix now, and they've all exceeded expectations.

This is not the first Fenixtorch i own they just get better and better every year very robust i haven't seen one mach the brightness power and lightness for the price if anyone is thinking if you can justify £80-100 for this brand well let me tell you you won't be disappointed and that's why they are used by the emergency services and many more professionals.

I am a Landdcape photographer, after my head touch fell in to, I searched the internet and came across Fenix, after buying a head touch and I was impressed with battery and light it’s self. I have just brought a torch for a just in case. Light weight long battery life, with SOS function

Very fast delivery (actually would have preferred slower but cheaper). My second of these torches, they're pricey but well made and unlike the cheaper ones the contacts seem to last. I particularly like that the sequential mode is dim-medium-brightest rather than brightest first. This is because nine times out of ten the dimmest is all you need, so you don't have to cycle through the other modes to get to it as many of the competitors' do.
