Easy to order which due to being unsure of size ordered 2. No hassle at all to return the unwanted size. The jumper itself is great and love the seahorse detail. I would say it is slightly roomy so I went down a size. It feels very comfortable to wear

First time shopping on line with fat face, easy to order and very quick to deliver, if I need to order again on line I would be confident . I would also like to point out my wife saw the Slider’s on the M&S website but was unable to order because of their issues so luckily you have a good website.

I made the mistake of ordering two of the same item on line! When I collected in store I explained what I had done and they immediately sorted the return and refund within minutes. The shirts I bought are pretty good as well so I am very pleased. OK FatFace are a little expensive compared to some but I have bought many different things from them over the years, tshirts, shorts, trousers and all have been great quality and have lasted for ages. It’s true what they say you get what you pay for. Worth remembering if you are tempted to buy something very cheap off an unknown website.
