The worst quality control I have ever experienced.
I bought a bike from Germany, to be delivered to a North Aegean island in early October last year, 2024. I got the bike at the end of October, but it was missing a crucial part. Let's just say after over 100 emails back and forth to the customer service email address, I have experienced the wrong replacement part being sent twice, taking 6 weeks in total due to my location, then finally getting the part that would allow the bike to work, by which time the battery had died, so a replacement was sent, but the charger I had did not work on it, so they sent me a replacement charger, but the bike still doesn't turn on. There were 4 months I was away from the bike, January to April, but except from that we are now in mid July 2025 and they still have the over 1000€ I spent on the bike, and I still have a bike that doesn't work. They have me take video after video to show them what is wrong, which takes time and energy. I want a refund and for them to take the bike back, but they are refusing. 9 months after I bought the EP-2 I am still without a bike!
